Went there Saturday evening and was rushed out the door at 9 PM. The hours online and on the door clearly say they close at “10:00 PM” on Saturday. By 9 PM, the waiter asked to take my plate multiple times even though I hadn’t even taken a bite out of my taco yet. Finally, my boyfriend asked them what time they closed and he said “we’re already closed.” We double checked the door and online - they close at 10 PM on Saturdays. waiters can never understand slightly more complicated orders, i asked for a pollo con queso with the cheese on the side not on the chicken but in a seperate bowl and i made it very clear what i wanted but he just didnt give me queso even though i asked for the queso
The service is always good. I've only eaten there a few times and previously the food was good. However on this occasion we ordered beef and bean nachos, and they were very unappetizing. Really watery cheese. The beans were a color I don't even know a name for. The beef...if it truly was beef it was unrecognizable as such. The food was the only let down.
