Have more pride in your job. Service is pitiful. Always. We’ve been sitting in drive thru 40 minutes on Friday night after a home football game. It’s not like this is first time they’ve had a lot of customers. Do better.
The staff is fantastic! However, I've encountered a little hiccup with the app. Sometimes it seems to think it's lunchtime when I'm trying to order breakfast at 6 AM. It can be a bit confusing! And on those occasions when I can order breakfast, I’ve noticed I can’t select a drink because it says drinks aren’t available at breakfast. Just a couple of quirks to sort out, but overall, I really appreciate the great service!
Food is always old, cold, undercooked. And you never get the order that you paid for. It also usually tastes like it’s been dropped on the floor. Once I got a hot chocolate that was completely curdled and ended up making me sick. I don’t recommend this McDonalds.
