Orders are incorrect. Food is usually poor. Drive-thru is slow. Machines are often broken. And they don't seem to care that their service is less than adequate.

Everytime I'm come through the drive thru, I always get cold fries. They want almost 4.00 for a medium and the can't give it to you hot. What the deal???

the sigma who brought the food was very kind, and was pretty quick and instead of sounding like an npc, he acted like an actual person. food was alright, and sigma
staff slow and dismissive of complaints. keep driving to Columbia or Moberly service can't be much worse

The staff is fantastic! However, I've encountered a little hiccup with the app. Sometimes it seems to think it's lunchtime when I'm trying to order breakfast at 6 AM. It can be a bit confusing! And on those occasions when I can order breakfast, I’ve noticed I can’t select a drink because it says drinks aren’t available at breakfast. Just a couple of quirks to sort out, but overall, I really appreciate the great service!
