Service is very hit and miss. You either get great service or none. Food has been good, if you make it that far. Last visit all we could get was blank stares. Finally left to go find some food.

My family and I went to Pizza Hut this evening I have got to say whoever raised this young boy his name is Alex did and awesome job that young man was so polite so on it his service was awesome we had order online and we just ate inside Pizza Hut and that young man isn’t lazy at all just so polite we really enjoy him waiting on us he deserves a raise what an awesome young man and the food was wonderful and fresh but thank you Alex for a great service you have been by far the best waiter we have ever had so thank you for that!

A $12 large Super Supreme Original Pan Crust pizza ? cooked to perfection! A pleasant surprise! The app I had sent me the coupon, my expectations were far exceeded by the taste of their pan crust and freshness of the toppings. It has been a long time since I’ve had Pizza Hut because of a prior experience, but now I have to say they have found an awesome pizza cook! I highly recommend the Super Supreme with Original PAN Crust! Best pan style crust I have had in a long time!
Pizza was too overloaded with sauce to be able to enjoy the actual toppings.

Pizza Hut is as always super overpriced, but I will say I have never had worse dine- in service than I've had tonight. Centralia pizza hut is probably the most incompetent of all the pizza huts in the central area. They rushed our pizzas through the oven. The crust was still white, almost raw. And then took 10-plus minutes to try to deliver the rest of the food. I really could go on it, was just a really bad experience. Zero stars if I could. Shut this place down and make it a Dominoes.
