Guessing they were short handed. Pulled into drive thru and sat for a few minutes, nobody ever answered. Pulled into a slot and pressed the red button.....waited again for minutes. After laying on the red button a couple times, I finally got to order my drink. After okaying my drink order, it was about 2 minutes before she finally totalled it out so I could pay......

This just keeps getting worse, from dryed out tortillas and burritos that are folded into squares and having a wrapper that had been used to warm many things. Can't eat the burrito because it's crumbling like the tortillas are made from paper towels and maybe it is I'm so over fast food.

Stopped in twice. Pushed the button to order waited 6-8 minutes both times without anyone asking us what we'd like to order. Left both times without placing an order. Won't be going back.

Placed order at 11:42 on app for 2 drinks, arrived at 12:10. Didn't get drinks until 12:24. They reported them delivered in the system when they were not. Twice now I've had terrible service here.

manager gave me these to make it good since it took them over an hr . to get my food it was all good untill I noticed they are expired by a few yrs. food was cold , burgers were gross.

It's what you would expect. We like the drink options and the side snacks. Sometimes they get the orders wrong, but seem to do better when ordering off the app.

After about 10 minutes waiting on my pick-up order & not seeing a single car hop come out the door, I began to wonder if anyone was even working. Finally about 15 minutes after my pickup time, I got my order. Not even a sorry for your wait.....
They were out of jalapeño poppers ,the lady not only apologized,with genuine sincereity,but gave me a small discount,I don't often come across this type of customer service anymore,she genuinely cared about customer service,thank you

I have spent my last dollar at this location. I live in Centralia and they do not have the drink specials at this location and I am no longer going to spend a penny there for a drink that tastes like crap. Every time I stop here and get a diet Dr. Pepper it tastes like watered down soda water. I'm tired of wasting my money.
