Stopped in twice. Pushed the button to order waited 6-8 minutes both times without anyone asking us what we'd like to order. Left both times without placing an order. Won't be going back.

Placed order at 11:42 on app for 2 drinks, arrived at 12:10. Didn't get drinks until 12:24. They reported them delivered in the system when they were not. Twice now I've had terrible service here.

manager gave me these to make it good since it took them over an hr . to get my food it was all good untill I noticed they are expired by a few yrs. food was cold , burgers were gross.

It's what you would expect. We like the drink options and the side snacks. Sometimes they get the orders wrong, but seem to do better when ordering off the app.

After about 10 minutes waiting on my pick-up order & not seeing a single car hop come out the door, I began to wonder if anyone was even working. Finally about 15 minutes after my pickup time, I got my order. Not even a sorry for your wait.....

They were out of jalapeño poppers ,the lady not only apologized,with genuine sincereity,but gave me a small discount,I don't often come across this type of customer service anymore,she genuinely cared about customer service,thank you

I have spent my last dollar at this location. I live in Centralia and they do not have the drink specials at this location and I am no longer going to spend a penny there for a drink that tastes like crap. Every time I stop here and get a diet Dr. Pepper it tastes like watered down soda water. I'm tired of wasting my money.

Went through drive through, the tots were cold and half full they forgot an item and had to return to get my item.so not so good 🙃

The carhop was super polite as well as the order taker. The lot was clean, quiet, and comfortable. After ringing the button I was answered quickly and they repeated my order for clarification which I always like to hear. Chili cheese Tots came out piping hot and my cranberry juice slush was exactly right not too much of either. Perfect in my opinion. It didn't take but a few minutes for my order to come out. I paid on the order screen so no issues there. The only thing that kept this as a 3 eating on the food and overall 4 total was that the burger was significantly colder compared to the tots and the meat was dry or over cooked around the edges. Couldn't have possibly been made to order . I'd gladly wait a few extra minutes to have a hot burger . I'd say they as many places have mastered order accuracy, service in the front and next would be to coordinate timing of product drops to ensure the entire meal is fresh . Overall good job I'll check back next time and see if I get a better burger❤️

Vegetarian options: I haven't really checked out the menu to see if there was a vegetarian section but I'm sure you can throw something together. With all the vegetables they do have.
Dietary restrictions: There's not a whole lot of food. You could eat here being on a diet or having dietary restrictions, but there are a few items on the menu you could easily have.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome here, as it is always a kid friendly place. They even sell kids' meals here.
Wheelchair accessibility: Every restaurant has to have wheelchair accessibility. It's just part of the rules.
