Ice has black mold pieces in it. Person there didn't say a word just stared until I ordered. Idk is something was wrong with them but they couldn't even tell me how much chips and a drink were. Most awkward situation ever. No sun chips. NO SWEET ONION SAUCE and they let you build a sub so when you get to the end they don't even have what's needed. Worst subway sandwich. Go check the ice for black mold you might get free drinks.

I think I get more and more disappointed every time I go into the subway they don’t accept coupons. They don’t have a sub the day. They don’t have any good deals. You literally have to pay $10 or more for a 6 inch sub. It’s not worth it go to the bluebird over in town at least you’re getting food. That’s good for you and real

The young man working tonight, Ashton has phenomenal customer service skills! I placed an online order but, when I got there, it was not in their system. I showed Ashton my bank statement and he called his manager to ask him what he should do and they made me an order while I was in the store.He could’ve easily said I’m sorry it’s not in my system and you will have to call corporate tomorrow to get a refund and then I would have to pay again for a new order and wait for a refund. That is great customer service and it shows that he cares about the customers. It is very hard to find that quality of customer service in our younger generation. Thank you, Ashton keep up to go to work.

Idk why they worry about putting out coupons.. every time I go to TRY to use they say it’s another day they take them which is different every time I go.. the app deleted my balance off my gift card and corporate could care less.. a good sandwich is just a short drive to a neighboring town… Dagwoods in Mexico a must.

Not shocking, but Centralia's Subway is struggling to meet expectations like most of their other locations. Meat is questionable, the employees clearly hate their job by their body language, usually understaffed, always out of bacon, and while the sandwich artists are in the back filling up the sauce bottles, you'll see several fruit flies hang out on your sandwich being made. I am shocked Subway is still in business in Centralia as Prengers Extreme Mart serves better sandwiches with better service at half the price (literally half the price). Our family won't be eating Subway anymore. Stick a fork in this location. I've never been impressed.

1 hr and 8 minute wait - kids really wanted subway or would not of waited. When we walked in there was one customer and two mobile orders ahead of me. Several customers walked out not wanting to wait. The worker was nice but struggling being the only order. My sandwich filled me up (bread pretty tough and footlong cookie unfortunately way overcooked.
Parking: 10+ parking spots w handicap in from- large multi business parking lot beside subway to use too.
Lady working, Katie was obnoxiously rude to customers. Yells at person working with her. Acts like she'd rather be elsewhere. Mumbling she was looking for another job.
