I love coming here with my friend and ordering their lunch! The grilled cheese is so cheesy and their soups are yummy. i’ve had their baked potato salad as well and it’s my fav. They have desserts available and they’re always different. Good place to eat and chill

No chips came with sandwich. The meat was processed meat - and VERY little. The taste was pretty good though.
The price would not be an issue if the quantity was even remotely normal. We won't go there again.

Excellent little gem for our community! My daughter and I go out of our way to visit, and when I drive up to see my mother, I stop in a for a Southwest Salad to take along as a treat for her. Thanks for the great customer service, and happy smile. It's clear the owner loves what he does. Excellent food, and sweet atmosphere.

bistro centralia mo This was my first time trying bluebird and without a doubt, the best sandwich I have ever had! I tried the chipotle Chicken Sandwich and it was bursting with so much flavor. The chicken was cooked perfectly and it didn't have too much sauce on it. My wife had the chicken cordon bleu sandwich, again, the flavor was on point. We also got the chef salad, it was so filling. The wife and I were so happy to see a great size portion of salad for the price. When the wife asked me if I like it, I told her subway is dead to me, LOL 😆. Truly this place is a great piece of Centralia and I, for one, will be coming back often. 10 out of 10 will recommend!
I live in Columbia but had to be in Centralia for the day so ordered the BBQ chicken wrap for lunch to go! The people were friendly when I went in to grab it and it truly was one of the best wraps I’ve had in my life. I’ll be dreaming about it and will probably make the trip to Centralia just for that wrap now. Hidden gem! 💎

Packed with a smile my seasonal salad was so delicious. I added grilled chicken for some extra protein. The greens, blueberries, pecans, blue cheese & poppyseed dressing compliment each other. Tanner & Camryn were so friendly. I love having a healthy choice. We also got 2 sandwiches & they were just as good.

I live in columbia, but come out to Centralia weekly for therapy sessions. Blue Bird Bistro was a happy find my husband and I stumbled upon while waiting for my session to start. highlights:
interactive chalkboard wall, plenty of seating for busy professionals and students to set up their laptops, free wifi, a tv that plays BOB ROSS!!! and this doesnt even include their extensive lunch menu and affordable prices. even though im not technically a local, I feel like ive been fully welcomed into the BlueBird Bistro community, and look forward to frequenting often!
First visit. Very good food but a little pricey for Centralia. A buck or 2 less for sandwiches would certainly encourage us to eat here much more frequently.
