What can I say your staff is not good. We stood there for a long time only customer and they just didn’t care. So we left after I check the reviews and saw this was normal here. Bad place to stop.

If I could give zero starts this restaurant would receive zero stars. First attempt to order here we waited in the drive thru for someone to take our order which they never did. Told us to pull up to get our food, so finally we ordered and then we were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. No thank you. Second attempt to order here we were told in the drive thru that they were haulting orders because they were too busy. There were only 2 cars in front of us both at the window. I doubt we will try a third time.

I had no problems, I ordered chicken in the morning so I had to wait for it to be cooked. That's not a problem because I know when ordering chicken you usually do. They cant keep it long once they cook it. The place was clean the service was good.

My husband and our dog stopped here on our way home tonight and he ordered a steak bite bowl. We took our food to the dog park and he fed the dog a big bite. 3 minutes later, she threw it all back up. Another 2 mins go buy and my husband then got sick also. Do not order the steak bites!!!

Food was average, place looked clean, and I got my order in about 4 minutes even though it was busy. But the guy at the counter was passive‑rude from hello to handoff. Didn’t even give me my cup till I asked, while others got theirs right away. Little thing, big picture—1 star.

Charleston's Arby's in the Loves Travel Plaza is chaos. 3 people had to come back in after waiting over 15 minutes for their food bc it was all mixed up. The guy running the register only mumbled and was not able to count out the correct change. Yes, it tells how much, but he struggled figuring it out. There was a long line and 2 workers went on a break. Shake machine was down, no napkins, or sauce cups. I'm fairly certain no person left satisfied. The Love's side was fine. It was a bad experience because of the terrible service.

They didn't have roast beef. They said the manager didn't order it. Roast beef is their main thing, how do you manage to run out? 😂

It took a while to get the order. Food was hot and fresh but sandwich did not have the quantity of meat compared to prior visits. Staff is really friendly, just a bit slower this time.
