We waited 20 minutes in the drive thrugh ,to Receive cold food,,4 biscuits with bacon eggs and cheese were ice cold, we had to stay on the road could not turn back to get our money back, we put them in the trash.

I went to this McDonalds at 10:30 pm on Monday, December 29, 2025. I couldn’t pull my truck into the lot because of the size so I asked if the employee could bring out my order of coffee and hot chocolate which I was in desperate need of since I had been driving all day long. He literally ran it out to the edge of the parking lot in the 20 degree weather. Highly recommend this McDonalds!!

I ate there for the first time a couple days ago. I had a six piece nugget , and a value fries , and it was freaking phenomenal. Stoped by today and got me a deluxe krispy chicken large meal and everything was absolutely perfect. Everyone was nice.No one was rude and I will dine there again.

We were traveling with a large group (8 adults). My parents went to the counter with their grandson and I took my family to the kiosk. Of course it took longer for us to enter our order, but our parents were done eating and we ended up waiting 25 minutes for our food to arrive.
We requested table delivery but they just yelled out our table number and we had to go to the pick up counter to get our food. I included a picture of our table number, just in case. They didn't have our drink cups or my daughter's Frappe, so I had to wait longer for them to prepare that.
When we got to the table, we found out that they hadn't included my daughter's chicken nuggets either. So she had to go to the counter and request those. It was a good thing we didn't use the drive-through because we would have been down the road before we noticed the food was missing.
I tried to give Feedback per their request, but even their website doesn't work.

The location was very easy to access right off the highway, and I appreciated being able to use the kiosk to quickly place my breakfast order this morning. The parking lot was tidy, and the dining room looked well cared for, which gave me high hopes that the visit would turn out to be a positive experience. Unfortunately, those expectations were not met.
The Egg McMuffin meal arrived with a hash brown that was noticeably undercooked, the muffin itself was barely toasted, and the coffee - aside from being served at the usual scalding temperature - was so badly burned that it was essentially undrinkable. What should have been a simple, reliable breakfast ended up feeling careless and disappointing.
Overall, it was a poor experience I would not return.
I did a mobile order and was waiting at curbside pickup. I was there for 30 minutes waiting on my order. I walked in an asked why it was taking long she could not give me an answer and said it wasn’t even started. I go back outside and wait. While I’m waiting I notice at least 20 cars drive by through the drive thru. So I call the store ask for the manager tell him what happened and still wait another 15 minutes. After that it took 2 other people that were with me that had to go in just to get them to hand us our food! Food was awful never again will I go to this McDonalds!

Absolutely awful. We were in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Very slow service. The woman taking the order got it wrong multiple times before finally getting it correct. When we finally got to the window to get our food, the woman asked if we wanted apple slices in the happy meal and we said yes. We only got fries and no happy meal toy which resulted in a sad toddler without his toy and apple slices.
