Been coming to this place since I was a kid. Fish that was on Friday was amazing and seasoned so good. Sweet Tea is always a 10+. I enjoy shopping here and grabbing things I can't find at home (Indianapolis). Great family spot. I miss the lady that was always back there serving food, she finally retired and I'm so happy for her.
This place offers laid back cafeteria style dining. Hubby and I deliver freight for a living and adequate parking for our truck is essential...no problem here! It makes it super easy to grab some good cooking and keep your delivery schedule. Hubby had the fried pork chop with mashed taters and gravy, corn and a corn muffin. I had a smothered pork chop with Mac and cheese, green beans and a corn muffin. Some people might say it's nothing to brag about but I can tell you...
It's a nice place,you have to go through the store there to get to it. You have the option of going through like a cafeteria line and choose from what's available that day or ordering from the grill.
Food is good but drinks say no refill. It would be better if they put that sign where you can see it before you get your cup, especially if you're going through the line.
