The food and drinks were fantastic. The service was good. It was not busy when we were there but picked up a lot while we ate.

The atmosphere is good except the bass was turned up so high I started to get a headache.

Visited for a second time, it was husband’s first. We tried the bone in peri peri wings and they were so good. He got the lamb shank and loved it, meat was tender falling off the bone. I got the paneer in tikka masala sauce and it was perfect. Love the amount of spice. The butter naan was great. Very cute place with a lot of room.

This is my second time here. I tried their Mandi when they first started it; it was okay back then. I visited again today, but this time it was the worst. The service was fine, but the food was a complete disappointment. Definitely not visiting again for Mandi.

2 Stars for the arrangement (They Serve Mandi but the tables are rectangle so it’s a little difficult to eat. Seating arrangement can be changed if possible) and the ambience is good but the food is served very late. We have received wrong order the two times we visited so not a such a great service - So 2 Stars
The food is also expensive not that worth a wait.

Food was excellent! But my check was only 52 dollars plus $10 on tip but my bank card was chard $79. Co workers of mine went as well and they experienced being over charged as well and multiple times so watch your bank if you go!

Ordered delight papdi chaat for pickup and asked to put the papdi in a separate container so it doesn't get soggy, which the did.
But to my surprise they didn't give me the mint chutney and tamarind sauce at all!
Who eats dry papdi chaat?!!

Although we live in the area, we did not immediately try Amrut Fusion after it opened. We are not bourbon fans, and we were not familiar with anything on the menu. We (wife and daughter) wanted to go out to dinner on a Sunday night. There are only a few restaurants open in the Chesterfield valley, and those that are close relatively early for us (we eat later than most people). Amrut is open until 1:30 am. So we went and are glad we did. We recently went a second time, again on a Sunday night. If you are looking for a change of pace in the Chesterfield valley, I highly encourage anyone to try it. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The cocktails are creative and also reasonably priced. And if you like bourbon, Amrut has an extensive, wide selection, as well as, although not extensive, a nice selection of rye, scotch, and tequila, all of which I like.
During our visits, we enjoyed the garlic and chili (spicy hot) naan. Both excellent, although if you do not like spicy hot, you should probably stick with the garlic naan. My wife ordered the Tandoori Mosmos (chicken) during both visits, which, obviously she thoroughly enjoyed. I cannot remember what I or our daughter ordered during our first visit, but whatever it was, we both enjoyed it. During our second visit, our daughter ordered the Paneer Guiislani Tikka and I ordered the Salmon Tikki, both of which we very much enjoyed. Amrut cooks the salmon in a clay pot, and it is very moist. The seasonings are excellent. The dipping sauce for each of our our orders is excellent, although quite spicy. The menu also offers several other entrees for those who want more traditional, American, options.
Service is attentive without being overbearing. I highly recommend giving Amrut Fusion a try. Especially if you are tired of the humdrum of most of the chain local restaurants.

Vegetarian options: I am not a vegetarian, but I saw numerous vegetarian options on the menu.

Parking: Plenty of free parking.

We were there on 10/18/24

Food was either too bland (Gobi and French Fries) or too salty (main entree). It is def overpriced.

Below are the items we ordered, and I found the restaurant did not meet expectations.

Dynamite Cauliflower - Lacked flavor and was oily and tasteless without sauce.
Chicken Lollipop - Difficult to eat due to excessive coating.
Royal Goat - Overly salty, had to be returned to the kitchen.
Butter Chicken - Sweeter than expected for a traditional butter chicken recipe.
Dal - Acceptable.
Naan - Acceptable.

Cocktails - Overrated and expensive compared to their quantity.

Vegetarian options: Almost all dishes come with a vegetarian option

Kid-friendliness: I go here with my 2 kids regularly, there is chicken lollipops and periperi fries and a game on in one of the tvs... it's become their favorite place to go

Worst experience of Chicken Mandi it’s just a casual tandoori chicken with rice. Not worth of price

Saturday night dinner at Amrut Fusion...I had heard some good things about this new restaurant and I had some family in town that wanted to try a new Indian restaurant. The first thing to note is the wait stuff. The wait staff seems to be built from young international students that have not been trained and lack confidence. In some cases, an international student's English may not be the best, but the ownership and management have failed their stuff by not instilling confidence and proper training in them.

Our waitress was also unfamiliar with the limited menu. She also had to look at our menu to add the price of them item to our ticket. We ordered two soups, the corn and hot & sour. The corn might as well have been from a can. And, the hot and sour was just a thick broth loaded with black pepper. We did tell the waitress about this with the intent of just letting the staff know since they're a new business. We also ordered the bombay shrimp. It was actually pretty good. The waitress though seem worried to ask us how it was because when asking us, she let it slip that this was the first time they made it. Probably not the best thing to say.

We then ordered two dosas and chicken tikka masla with butter and garlic naan. There was some confusion because I wanted to verify that the chicken came with rice or if we needed to make a separate order. The food arrived. The dosas were soggy. The chicken was actually really good, but very spicy. Their menu has pepper(s) to show how spicy a dish is. The tikka masla had no sign of being spicy. After a minutes, I realized it wasn't spicy tikka masla; it was regular chicken vindaloo, which is spicy.

I had asked the seem be manager for extra sauce for the naan. He asked what dish I ordered. I told him chicken tikka masla. He comes back with a sauce cup filled with a bright orange sauce. For reference, the dish we ordered was a dark brownish color. We kept the sauce for the naan. We noticed that the owner was speaking to a table right next to us.

After the owner was done with his conversation, I asked if I could speak to him. He immediately asks if he can get the manager, which was odd because he was clearly the owner or at least in management. He was quickly dismissive of my feedback. He insisted that I ordered the wrong item. And became very combative when I told him about the sauce. Because the two sauces are clearly different in taste and look. We weren’t looking for a refund, but just wanted to offer feedback for new business.

Bottom line, the owner made sure that I won't return to his business.

P.S. I saw cleaning staff using Windex bottles to clean the tables. The tables didn't seem to have glass on them...
