Annie Gunn's Restaurant

Food always fabulous with the only exception an August tomato with a green center. Had the roast beef w Gruyère which is fantastic. Sadly we were placed next to a table of 10 and the noise level was so loud we could not hardly hear our server, other than that all good.

We recently celebrated our August birthdays at Annie Gunn's. Our waitress, Abby, was exceptional. She was attentive and knowledgeable, and made sure we were well taken care of. Thank you, Abby for our wonderful birthday celebration!

Annie's never disappoints! The smoked shrimp is an absolute MUST for starters. Chef Lou always does such a phenomenal job with the menu and the service is always top notch, with a team approach, there is always someone serving you.

Our server, she has been there for 24 years was outstanding! Great efficiency and most importantly speaks incredibly positive about her employer! That speaks volumes.

The food was magnificent and our waitstaff was attentive, knowledgeable,and kind. The staff at front desk needs a few lessons in customer service. Greetings are mediocre at best., definitely not welcoming. In addition, they walk around with I pads frequently checking table availability. It is a distraction.

The waitress was new, so not the usual service quality. The focaccia appetizer was superb. The apple pie and cinnamon ice cream were also exceptional. The main dishes were Annie Gunn's usual high-quality fare. A great place to celebrate our anniversaries. But, because of several large parties, the noise in the large room was sometimes deafening. We'll be back, because the food is in a class by itself.

An exceptional menu provided in a wonderful environment. Super quality foods cooked to perfection. Highly recommended.

Just the best restaurant around. It's so consistently good. The service last night was exceptional. It's always great - but last night was A++. We appreciate Annie Gunn's being such a great part of the StL restaurant scene for so many years. Love the Smokehouse too!

Rachel was our server and she did an amazing job making sure our dining experience was exceptional. We love having our lunches here as the quality of food and service is always above our expectations.

The steak was spot on. The service was absolutely wonderfull. Stephanie was the best server. Highly recommended.

Always a great experience dining here! The Mero sea bass was exceptional highly recommend.

Went here for Anniversary and food was outstanding, our server was super nice, and we enjoyed our time there.
