I drove clear across the state to buy a machine he said he had good to go, and when I got there it was a lie. He was “waiting on a fuse” or some nonsense I could have fixed myself, but he refused to sell it to me, and said he’d call me when it was ready. 6 months later I check in, and it wasn’t ready. A year? Not ready. What a joke.

Bill needs to call it quits. What terrible service and workmanship. I highly recommend using someone else. I paid a lot of money for a poor restoration. He is not a friendly person. 2 Stars were a gift. Never again. Stay clear of this business

Bill came to my house to fix a broken flipper on my pinball machine. He quickly fixed the flipper and then replaced some broken rubber parts that I had not noticed. He also fixed a ramp that had broken and cleaned up the machine. He did a wonderful job and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.
