We were seated for over 30 minutes b-4 we go a waitress. Food was just so so. Don't need to go back
Just OK, and it was very very loud when we dined on Saturday night. Our server was great and the food was good, just not memorable enough for a higher rating or to go again.
The patio! Beautifully landscaped, with a waterfall, flowers, lighting....very well done, and peaceful. Coupled with our great server, Lisa, delicious food and superb weather, we had an excellent experience. One friend had the halibut special, one had the meatloaf (2 huge slices!) and one had the shrimp and grits. Each proclaimed their meal flavorful and most enjoyable. I can't wait to return. Highly recommend.
Dinner with friends and celebrating a birthday. Room was relatively quiet, so we were able to have conversations.
Great patio but the food and service have noticeably declined. Our fried calamari was some kind of fake seafood, tough and tasteless fried chunks. Blackened beef & shrimp was tasteless except for the heat. Grilled salmon was just OK but the rice pilaf with vegetables was a sloppy mess of rice and onions. Server was inattentive but in a hurry to clear our table and dropped a dirty knife in my wife’s lap, staining her blouse. For a high end Chesterfield restaurant Bishop’s Post was a big disappointment.

The atmosphere is alright. The patio is pretty. The inside was just a bit dark and had an odd smell. The food was not great. I ate it due to paying for it. But the calamari doesn’t remotely resemble or taste like calamari. They were in strips, and they had a weird texture. And the shrimp on the shrimp po boy isn’t bad, but definitely over priced. Lots of bread, and a bland sauce. I could think of a dozen other restaurants to get both items that are soooo much better (Taytros, Landrys, really anywhere else).
The server was nice. I honestly wouldn't waste my money coming here again.

Omg the portions are immense! Signature fried chicken hit all the spots. Syrupy sweet potatoes. Flaky biscuit. Friendly service and great wine selection. Thank you!

We met for dinner to celebrate 3 friends b-days. :) Courtney was our superb waitress! We were able to understand her when she explained the evenings specials, she was attentive to refilling our drinks and serving our food warm. Yum!! Tables were far enough apart that we weren’t able to hear neighboring tables conversations. Great atmosphere! What a beautiful landscape around the outside patio!

One of the best dinners we have ever had in the St. Louis Metro Area. Bishop's Post service and food quality was outstanding. And we sat outside in their wonderful patio area that just made the night special. Thank you for great value and service.

We sat outside on the patio, if the weather allows I would sit outside the patio is beautiful. We started our dinner with shrimp and crab beignets, which was not for us, there was a lot of breading, reminded us of hush puppies. We shared a caesar salad, which was good. My husband had the seafood ravioli, which was full of seafood and delicious. I had the ramen with shrimp, the broth was super and the soup was full of veggies and noodles. We both had plenty of left overs, so no room for dessert.
We had a very nice meal with friends. We were at the outdoor patio on a beautiful night. Taylor was great as well as the drinks! Would highly recommend this place. Nice to support LOCAL!
Amazing restaurant, great atmosphere and service. It was a bit loud, but consistent with a obviously busy Friday evening. Food was outstanding and the ambiance on the patio was spectacular.
