Once we were sat, it took us asking 15 minutes later if we had a server. Over an hour from the seating time until the food was delivered, which wasnt even hot. We then weren't approached by a server until after we were done. No offer for condiments, water or drink refills, etc. The server did apologize as she was returning with our receipts, saying how somebody was sent home early and then they got busy. We were sat by 5:30, how can you possibly think it's not going to get busier? Just absolutely terrible management.

Too hot. Crowded into table. We had a party of six. We thought we would sit around and drink after dinner but we were sweating so much we left. We were seated in back corner of bar. Not pleasant

It took 2 hours for us to get our food and when we got it the food was dry the plates and silverware were dirty and the waitress seemed annoyed. The only thing that was decent was the drinks.

Our server (female, interesting name) for brunch was AWESOME. I think the brunch menu needs a little work because the kids food in our party was also the jam!

Great overall, but our server had way too many tables to take a group our size. We had seven, and barely saw our server for refills, and other things.

This was our first time to visit and based on the look and feel of the restaurant, we thought this was going to become a regular spot for us. The service was fine but the food is sub par. The variety of menu items sound great but the execution is mediocre. We were disappointed and most likely will not return.

They are not sufficiently staffed for brunch. We waited over an hour after ordering food. Kitchen & bar were backed up. Wait staff worked hard but they overbooked.

They had some new items in the menu since my last visit. I was there for a lunch meeting and it was easy to speak to each other. The service and the food were both good.

We had a reservation for ten at 2:30. We waited ten minutes to be seated at a dirty table. When I asked the hostess for a towel, she said she had other tables to clean. The place was not busy. Our server was great, but my Philly cheesesteak was way overcooked. Like, crispy. Fish and chips seemed to be the best entree ordered. I don't think we'll be back, but again, our server was a doll.

Food was great! We have been here befoee on a holiday. (Easter this time) Hostess could use some more training. We had a reservation for 8. Arrived early. Told her we could wait as two people were not there yet. First she tried to sit Us outside and I told her no as multiple people have allergies. She seemed upset. Then she tried to sit us at high tops even though there were 4 booths open in front of Us. I said no. We had two people in their 70's. When I asked why we Could simply just sit at two booths, she'd said "company policy" to not split a table. I asked her why. She had no answer and kept refusing to sit us at two booths next to each other. Then she asked the manager who said yes and acted rude and said "You're in luck. We will seat You." Even though we had a reservation. We found that to be strange. Other than that, it was a good experience.

We had a lunch reservation. Wasn't busy and sat us in the bar. Floor was sticky. Bench seat of booth was broke down, sunken in and uncomfortable. Service was painfully slow. To take our order, bring drinks, get refills, and 45 minutes to get food. Ridiculous. I'll never go back.

Easter brunch was very good. The waitress was very attentive & the food was great . We will be back . Thank you .

We did have a reservation and we were seated promptly at that time. It took more than 10 minutes for a server to even approach us and take a drink order. We only ordered an appetizer. The cheese for the pretzels was missing and the food was cold. The service throughout the rest of the time we were there was almost non existent.

Sitting on the outdoor patio & watching the planes fly over was definitely an experience, the kids loved it!
