Brick House Tavern + Tap

The food was great and the service was good. The ambience is nice at first glance but there was an air freshener on the back of our booth. The bathroom was missing ceiling tiles and had a space heater it was just a little off putting.

Nice place — clean, friendly staff. Food is ok, nothing special. Just like any other sports bar.

Food and service was very good but my order was incorrect. I asked for jasmine rice as my side but got the chips instead. I didn't bother sending back. It would probably help if the waitress wrote our order down instead of doing it all off memory. I was worried something would be incorrect because she didn't write anything down and there were 3 orders to remember. Other than that everything was great and we will go back.

The food was really good and the portions were pretty big. Alicia was an excellent server and liked the look of the place. Will be returning

We were at the restaurant for happy hour drinks and dinner after. HH appetizers were good. We had chicken wings, brussel sprouts and pretzels. Dinner was not nearly as good. My wife had the chili which was very watery - disappointing as there are so many ways to make good chili! I had the steak special which was good given the price point, but nothing better to say than that. Baked potato was just ok - I upgraded to the loaded version but the kitchen made a half-hearted attempt to load it - not worth the upcharge. The menu as Brick House has potential - it has a good variety with seasonal updates, but the execution leaves much to be desired.

The place was dusty and dirty, there’s rags hanging from the HVAC vent ot top of one of the booths to keep it from leaking that look like they have been there for a while, they looked dry and crusty. The section of the restaurant they sat us at was extremely unkept; the booths and window frames were extremely dusty, which makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen, the place had a little bit of an unpleasant smell (like sewage) in that section of the restaurant.
2 pretzels for $14 dollars, feels like a scam; there was long wait for the food, people around us finished entire drinks without food, which is okay if the food is great, it wasn’t. The rice was al dente at best, uncooked at worst, the salmon dry and the brussel sprouts hard, it was unedible. The lobster mac and cheese was tossed pasta in white sauce with lobster thrown on it. Definitely not worth your money. Maybe they had an off night but definitely not taking my chances to go back, don’t do it, there’s other options in that same area that are clean and better quality. It was overpriced and the quality was poor for the prices.

The chicken wings were still pink on the inside. The server brought the wrong drinks twice and the glasses were dirty . The place itself is beautiful

I ordered a half a rack of ribs, french fries and coleslaw when I got my order at work the coleslaw was literally a 2 ounce cup three bites and the french fries were cold and soggy and way to salty. The ribs were OK. They were dry and very very spicy. I have never eaten here before and I don’t think I will be going back or maybe I will have a better experience if I ate in the actual restaurant.
