I have been a frequent customer here for years, I probably go a few times a month. Today when they gave me my card back they told me that I could not get the kids meal anymore and that the portions are the same. First off, we are in the drive thru. You don’t know where I am going with this food. Who are you to tell me what I can and can’t order off your menu? Second they are not the same portion sizes. When I get the kids sandwich I get half a sandwich as opposed to the full sandwich. I end up throwing the other half away and that is wasteful. I also get a small soda as opposed to paying $3 for a large. They told me they are a franchise, and the owner isn’t allowing it anymore which is your prerogative. I guess the owner rather have no money than some because I won’t be back and if I am you better be checking IDs for me to not order a kid’s meal.

Update: I emailed you below like you asked and have not heard back from anyone.

Visited twice and compared to Fairview Heights location service was just okay. Also, we’re out of at least two recipes on both visits.

Chesterfield location. I gave this location 3 tries. All 3 times I was served wonderful chicken salad on stale bread and/or croissants. Tried the cake one time - also stale & dry. I don’t know if it is just this location or all of them are like this. Such a shame.

Get your app fixed. I’ve tried to create an account 2 different times but I can never get past the password screen. Both times I went elsewhere.

Chatty staff if you like that. Bread was very dry and there was a low ratio of chicken salad/veggies to bread so basically two bites in the middle were great but the rest of the sandwich was just dry bread. The cookie they give out is way too sweet... They should do something more neutral to accommodate more people.

My first order I did was online. I went to the drive through to pick up my order and they informed me that they didn't have an order for me. So, I went into the store. They definitely withdraw the money from my account. After about 15 minutes I was on my way. So, a week later I thought let me try it again. Did the online order and went to pick it up and got back to work and items were missing. I feel 2 visits and 2 messed up orders isn't very good to me. I do like the food, but the service isn't very desirable. I emailed them and got no response.

Make sure you check your order with this restaurant! They charge $19 for a trio and a drink and forget 1/2 the order! Also, the quality is NOT consistent with this place. Choose another, there are many more decent restaurants right around this one!

Has only chicken salad a variety of them? Cannot offer just a couple of different chicken salad or croissant or toast or wheat.

I ordered the fancy Nancy on croissant with a cup of baked potato soup. The soup was thick, rich and hardy. The chicken salad was fine, a bit bland and the croissant was a little dry. It came with a pickle spear and a cute cookie. I do wish they had more variations of chicken salad, maybe some with tarragon or curry. I picked up my to go order and the staff were cheerful. There was way too much packaging waste. The sandwich could have easily been wrapped in some type of paper instead of the large styrofoam container and the over sized plastic bag was wasteful for the small amount of food that was inside. I suggest jazzing up and mixing up the chicken salad options and go easy on the environment. I’ll try you again sometime.

The food was delicious and at a fair price. The person that checked us out at the cash register was competent, however she had a bit of an attitude. However we enjoyed our visit .

The Tortilla soup was absolutely delicious. I was very pleased with it.

First time customer. I’d never heard of this place. I was pretty impressed. Different vibe than the same old fast food.

Fancy Nancy was recommended, and it did not disappoint. Sandwich came with a side. I shared with my wife because it was a large amount, however I’d recommend not sharing if you are REALLY hungry ?

Staff was nice. There was a longer wait than typical fast food but I was ok with that. We got a slice of the cake, but were too full to eat it. My son liked it tho.

It's one of my favorite places to meet a friend! I love the Lauryn's lemon basil chicken salad, and the casual atmosphere is cute and cozy. The little Cheryl's sugar cookie included with the Chick is a perfect ending. They also have a great rewards program!

Chicken Salad Chic has a lot of positives going for it, but the few negatives are pretty big. The restaurant was clean , bright, and had comfortable seating. So atmosphere scores a 5 star. Service is unfair to judge as you place your order at the register, get your drink, and seat yourself. So a three star here should be read as not applicable. Food was tasty and freshly prepared. Porportions were fair. So what is not to like... the menu. The menu in appearance used a font that is not the easiest to read and becomes more difficult for those with visual or graphical perception issues. To top that, most of the selections use :cuti-tootie" names that have no relevance to the selection of food. One must read in detail (see last comment) to discern what it is I might be getting. The worst part of the menu is that, to me, it was very confusing. These are parts where it says "Include" when really it means you can add. If this is your first time, be prepared to spend an extra 15-20 minutes to determine what you want to order, and then enjoy the good food.

The food was delicious! I feel that the menu was confusing and not clear. The font was difficult to read. The atmosphere was adorable and extremely clean.
