Got the chicken salad BLT tasted great and te staff was nice. The food even came out pretty quick. I’ll definitely be back!

Last night 10/24 I came to get food before our concert. I ordered fruity Fran and they gave me fancy Nancy which is not good as I am highly allergic to pecans. It sent me into anaphylactic shock and had to be taken to the hospital via ambulance and missed the concert which I drove 4 hours for.

The girls here are wonderful, took good care of me and allowed me to buy some turkey for my Doodle, Oliver, to have a snack!

I had my first disappointing experience at Chicken Salad Chesterfield. Ordered a Cranberry Kelli on wheat not toasted at the drive thru. When I was driving away, I could smell burnt bread so I took it back. Server said she'd remake it and did. But now the sandwich is on white. Too tired to go back again. Servers should repeat the order to make sure they have it correct.

They catered to a party I recently went to in St. Charles and their broccoli salad, fruit and especially their chicken salad was exceptional. I can't wait to go to the actual location. When I do, I'll be sure to update.

This place always has fresh chicken salad that tastes amazing. The staff are so super nice and welcoming as well. I come here at least once a week and they are very friendly.

My boyfriend, my sister, and I absolutely love the food at chicken salad chick, just not the chesterfield location. My boyfriend is deadly allergic to tree nuts, which are in a few menu items at CSC. When we ordered i repeated multiple times to make sure his food does not touch tree nuts or get near any tree nut ingredients because he is very allergic. The cashier just replied by saying that there was none in his order, which then i followed by requesting her to make sure his food didn't come in contact with any. Then we received our food with his side on the plate with a fancy nancy (which is filled with tree nuts). Had I not seen a grape poking out of his sandwich, he would've had an allergic reaction. The worker just blew it off by saying they probably just got mixed up. Please, please make sure your workers are aware of food allergies, especially when told about them.

I ordered the Chick and said to make it a trio and ordered one side and the. Said but I want to make it a trio which the girl replied yes I have your side as the soup…. So when I got to the window I asked if it was the trio and she said yes you have the sandwich and the soup, I said ok but I wanted the third side…. She said it will be $2.75 more I said ok. When I got home the first bite was either a piece of paper or a really long tendon and the chicken salad was way runnier than the other times I have ordered it. I also was looking forward to my pickle spear but it was super soft and grimy. Needless to say I probably won’t go back.

I normally would give 5 stars but for some reason I did not receive their natural lemonade June 21 I ordered over door dash and sometimes just go for the lemonade but this time it was definitely not their natural lemonade one it tasted like dishwater and had no pulp so probably fountain lemonade which is gross. other than that their food is so good and normally everything is fine.

I have been a frequent customer here for years, I probably go a few times a month. Today when they gave me my card back they told me that I could not get the kids meal anymore and that the portions are the same. First off, we are in the drive thru. You don’t know where I am going with this food. Who are you to tell me what I can and can’t order off your menu? Second they are not the same portion sizes. When I get the kids sandwich I get half a sandwich as opposed to the full sandwich. I end up throwing the other half away and that is wasteful. I also get a small soda as opposed to paying $3 for a large. They told me they are a franchise, and the owner isn’t allowing it anymore which is your prerogative. I guess the owner rather have no money than some because I won’t be back and if I am you better be checking IDs for me to not order a kid’s meal.
