Chesterfield location. I gave this location 3 tries. All 3 times I was served wonderful chicken salad on stale bread and/or croissants. Tried the cake one time - also stale & dry. I don’t know if it is just this location or all of them are like this. Such a shame.

Chatty staff if you like that. Bread was very dry and there was a low ratio of chicken salad/veggies to bread so basically two bites in the middle were great but the rest of the sandwich was just dry bread. The cookie they give out is way too sweet... They should do something more neutral to accommodate more people.

I ordered the fancy Nancy on croissant with a cup of baked potato soup. The soup was thick, rich and hardy. The chicken salad was fine, a bit bland and the croissant was a little dry. It came with a pickle spear and a cute cookie. I do wish they had more variations of chicken salad, maybe some with tarragon or curry. I picked up my to go order and the staff were cheerful. There was way too much packaging waste. The sandwich could have easily been wrapped in some type of paper...
