Best Chipotle I've been to. Staff is always professional and courteous, food is always perfect, and it's always stocked and clean no matter how busy it gets.

The Carne Asada meat was disappointing. It was dry and lacking flavor. We had a bowl and burrito, both with Carne Asada, not good. The other ingredients were good. Probably won't order online so we can see the ingredients as they are added.

So over the years appearance and presentation at Chipotle has declined as has portion size and employees attitudes. This was absolutely NOT the case on this visit. Pleasant staff, clean spotless dining room and fresh food being prepared even though it was a Sunday afternoon and not busy at all. I placed my order after watching the young woman in front of me thinking she was being flirted with and given more sizable portions but again, this was not the case here either. I was given generous portions and the bowl I ordered was close to double what I received at other locations. I will drive the extra twenty minutes to this location anytime I have the opportunity to do so.

Ordered a burrito and a bowl for pickup at 9:30 and food wasn’t done until 9:37 and then the rice was hard as a rock, the chicken is undercooked, food was warm at best not hot. Chips were stale. Whoever was on this night shift did not do a good job.

Brilliant move leaving out the silverware for a bowl-based meal. Really adds an exciting twist to my hotel stay — nothing says “relaxing evening” like scrambling to order utensils before you can even take a bite. Five stars for creativity, zero stars for practicality.

Big dog behind the counter acted like it was the biggest inconvenience that I came in at 1:08 on Sunday July 27th. Rushed me through my order, and basically through my bag at me. Get your boy in check Chipotle, I’ll probably just go to QDOBA next time.

This place has gone downhill. The food at this location always has something wrong with it or a piece of the order is missing. Today, my burrito was so salty, it was to the point of being inedible. The steak tasted like a block of Himalayan pink salt. There was also a strand of hair in it.

I moved to MO 3 years ago from CA, and I rarely eat at the chipotles here in STL because they are TERRIBLE compared to the CA chipotles... however, I tried this location out today (7/2) and it was AMAZING. The bowl was packed, and everything tasted delicious. Couple of bad chips, but that's no ones fault, it happens. The bag of chips was FULL I mean this was like being in 2008 chipotle when they didn't skimp and every bite of your bowl SLAPPED. Should've taken a pic of how amazing my bowl and chip bag were but I couldn't contain myself for a minute from eating it 🤣

Whoever did the order for Samantha B on 7/2/25 around mid-afternoon, you are a true burrito bowl making baddie and I love you 🫶

Walked in and walked out. Every table was absolutely filthy and trash all over the floor. 6 workers having a blast chatting with each other around the check out. Seemed like we would cause too much trouble by ordering. I was really looking forward to paying $20 for a mid burrito.
