Have been going to this location for sometime in addition to quite a few different crazy bowls throughout St. Louis.
John helped me out immensely going the extra mile having the extra conversation doing anything and everything possible to make sure me and my family’s experience was great. Looking forward to our next visit.

We ordered curbside from here and as soon as I pulled into the designated spot, a nice gentleman came out and handed me the food. I wish I had gotten his name, but he made my day with his friendliness and great customer service. No wait at all, and I was even there about 10 minutes before the estimated ready time. We got two bowls and two orders of edamame. The food was healthy, fresh, and full of flavor.

Was pretty hot in the restaurant today!? Nobody wants to warm and eat hot food! Ignorant to ask people to work in such conditions!? The workers looked hot and looked exhausted. Shame.

I had an amazing experience at CBW's Chesterfield location today! Not only was the food awesome, fresh, hot & heaping but the service was top notch. Marcos & Jonathan raved about their favorites on the menu, asked questions about me to find the best options & made suggestions based on those answers. They went way above & beyond the normal "order taker" you get when you get lunch to go. I most definitely will be back very soon & hope to see them again. It's not too often you leave a place with a big smile & TWO new friends! Thank you Jonathan & Marcos! My chicken fajita bowl was a 10/10!

I've been to some of the other locations, years ago and always had a good experience. I definitely love the concept of this local chain. My takeout food today however was very dry. There just wasn't enough sauce on my teriyaki bowl. The portions were huge though, which was nice. The chicken was also a little dried out, which leads me to believe it probably wasn't fresh. I found the lady at the register to be pretty rude. There was barely a line and she kept directing people to order on the kiosk, but nobody wanted to. Obviously, we see it there and are choosing not to use it. I wouldn't pressure customers to use that in the future. It's nice it's available, but we see it and we will use it if we want to. It sort of rubbed me the wrong way like she didn't want to do her job.
