I usually get a salad from here every Saturday and it is chopped real nicely all of my ingredients are chopped in it has an awesome presentation I don't know if they have new people in there today but it absolutely was not the same. I pretty much just got a bowl with lettuce in it and my toppings kind of put on top I don't have my little red tomatoes. Just a different experience that is unfortunate

First time visiting Crushed Red. The menu looks great. Lots of custom made to order salad choices, pizza, flatbread and soups. I chose the Two for You option which gets you a small entree and choice of soup. I picked the Chipotle BBQ Chicken folded flat bread and Butter Nut Squash soup. Ordering was easy and counter service Team was great and pleasant to work with. After paying at another counter/drink station you are are provided with an order number placard and self service beverage glass. I wasn't seated more than 3-4 minutes when my order was delivered to my table by a server. The Chipotle BBQ Flatbread looked appetizing and prepared carefully. The flatbread was fresh as was the BBQ Chicken filling...very nice. Butternut squash soup....is absolutely amazing!! It's smooth and rich tasting....doesn't disappoint! I enjoyed both very much, not too filling, just right. The dining area and tables were clean and each stocked with silverware and cloth napkins. Tables were cleared by staff quickly and replenished with new silverware and napkins. This is a gem of a restaurant. I will definitely be back to try new menu items.

Crushed Red deserves a Michelin Star ⭐️! The Seared Ahi Tuna Salad dressing takes like something out of this world. I could eat it everyday seriously! Anyway thanks for giving me probably some of the best food I’ve ever had in my life! Truly amazing Highly Recommend it ?!
We had dinner here on a Sunday evening.. They seemed to be slightly short staffed, but everyone we came into contact with was friendly and helpful. I've never been there when they weren't friendly. The place was clean and all the tables were ready for diners. The food is always good! I've had salads, soups, shareables, flatbreads, and pizza and have enjoyed them. I feel that their service and food are dependable - you know what you're going to get!

The store refused to release my doordash order because of some pricing issue with Doordash. Its weird they are still available on that platform , if you have issue with them then first stop taking orders from them, else it causes unnecessary inconvenience for the customer. I would give zero stars for service and hospitality.

Good fresh food, but portions are small for what they charge. The (small) folded pita didn't even come with a side and it was $10. Fountain soda is almost $4! For my husband and I to eat lunch with our two kids, plus tip, it was $100. Way too pricy for the type of food and portions given. That said I love their butternut squash soup. Staff was nice and the place was clean.

Walked in tonight at 8:40 pm knowing they were still open at 9 pm but that was the best time I could get there after work . I asked if they were still open and the female worker gave me a rude, snobby look, looked at her phone and started speaking to the other co-worker … the sign on their door says open until 9 pm so they should serve until 9 pm! She was so rude so I just turned around and walked out . I’m disappointed because I really like their food but cannot believe that terrible service I just had to witness! You should kindly serve anyone to come in for food until 9 pm. That is when you are open to serve until according to Google when I search your hours and according to your front door that states the store hours. I live super close and sadly may not come back there anymore.
