Our first time at this Midwestern gem. Loved the burgers, all of the sides (especially the pretzel bites), but the custard was our favorite.

I’ve been a Culver’s fan for years so when the burger urge hit me today I visited the Chesterfield location’s drive-through. The young lady that took my order was beyond personable as was the young man that brought me double burger order. The food was typical top quality as was the service! Only ‘burger joint’ ill visit!

Culver’s is always a good choice. However, this particular Culver’s on this particular day, the restaurant was trashed. They were plenty of empty seats, but none of them are cleaned, the trash near the train station was overflowing, none of the napkin dispensers were filled, and there was a pack of open napkins sitting out for people to use

Also, I didn’t get what I ordered, and I realized later that I was overcharged because I was charged for something different from what I ordered. I was too hungry and hadn’t realized, until I was almost halfway through.

My feedback concerns the manager. I assumed he was management because he was wearing a red shirt. He was rude when I placed my order. While I was placing my order, he walked away to talk to an employee at the drive-thru window. He then returned and asked how he could help me, even though he was still halfway through my order. After I finished my order, he walked away again. He didn’t press the button to allow me to pay, so I had to wait and try my card repeatedly. Finally, an employee noticed and asked if I needed anything else. He then pushed the button so I could pay.

My kids wanted ice cream with their kids’ meal, so after we ate, two of them went to the counter to order. He was also rude to them, huffing and puffing like he did to me while I was ordering my food.

Highly recommend the lemon ice smoothie
The burger was good, just a little greaser that liked and little less lettuce than expected. Overall, amazing and I probably could have asked for different things to solve the problems I had.
Again amazing!

The only reason for one star is because the owner left their employees high and dry. Only two employees to work the front counter on a very busy day with a line out the door. Obviously they don’t care about their workers. Good job Paul! He killed it and should get a bonus

I'm tired of being nickel and dimed at fast food places and not getting what I payed for. I ordered an ice cream with pecans, which is considered a "premium" topping. Im trying to empathize, it's busy and orders can get complicated, but when you have to pay extra for something you didn't get, then it's simple theft from a billion dollar company.

We went there right before 10pm when their website and google maps said they closed at 11pm. We were told they were cleaning and were closed and couldn’t take our order.

Just rushed over after working all night to show up and the workers are all standing outside in a huddle with bags of their own food talking while the store was supposed to be open another 45 minutes! Wow… I’ll go out of my way for Fenton Culver’s from now on and shame on those workers.
