Don't go here. I had a 20.00 gift card, which I used to order a mediocre ham and mushroom pizza
Apparently, they didn't know how to charge my card, and they told me I owed .66 cents. I said, "Fine, just let's go."
Then, whoever was managing said I was overcharged. I had already thrown my card, thinking its balance is done
Then they forgot to make my pizza.
I had to wait another 15 minutes. I spent 45 minutes there.
I will never go to that place again.
They said that they gave me my pizza.
No, they didn't .
I thrown it away thinking it was used.
Don't waste your time there if you can.
I'm done with this store and possibly Dominos completely. 😪

Great spot for pizza. While dominos recipe has never been my favorite this is a relibable pizza place that has great staff and has never been late with an order. I always choose them over others because they actually have a gluten free option you can easily order online (unlike many other local pizza places) They take good care of me and have always been able to help with requests such as Tax exemption. Overall a good choice and crowd favorite.

This store doesn’t even deserve any stars for how RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL this store is to their customers. Very poor customer service and will never be buying anything from here again.

I ordered the NY pizza because it looked great in the commercials. Stretchy cheese.
But, it was like any other pizza; nothing special and not very cheesy, despite ordering extra cheese. Toppings were scarce too. Best pizza is still at Tucker’s in Manchester.

I Did an online order which was delivered for a work event, there were missing items. I immediately called back several times but got no answer. I finally got in touch with them later in the afternoon and spoke with someone who said he’s the manager he gave me in a very sarcastic tone what appeared to be a fake name “Johnnie” is what he said very sarcastically. All I asked is to be credited my money back for the items I did not receive. He said they can’t do that, all they can do is give me a store credit. I do not eat at dominoes so a store credit does me no good. Nor would I go back after this experience! I was shocked that Dominoes would have such a policy, terrible service! Especially from so called management!

“I recently ordered from Damino’s Pizza, hoping for a tasty meal. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The service I received was consistently disappointing, and I felt unwelcome as a customer. The way my food was handled left much to be desired, and it was inedible to the point where I had to throw it away. Additionally, when I tried to address my concerns with the store, I encountered rudeness from the staff, which only added to my frustration. As a customer, I value respect and professionalism, both of which were lacking in this situation. I hope the management takes steps to improve customer service and create a more welcoming environment for everyone.”
