The staff were very helpful with all our needs and requests! Would stay here again.

Service was good. There was some trash left in the room. The bed was rock hard!

Rm 1000 overlooks the Chesterfield valley.
You can see Gateway studios all the way at the other end of the valley. The studio is 88ft tall.

The room was nice a bit small but did have a king sized bed. The breakfast is not free and they don't keep out disposable utensils if you bring your own food. Also there is no where to fill your water but in the gym. Overall a good stay but wouldn't stay again with my own money.

Rooms were great. Bed was firm which is my preference. Pillows were a little flat. Breakfast was great but a little expensive.

Went for a work conference, broght the family with.the front desk (TJ) helped us get adjoining rooms even though it wasn't originally booked correctly. He was so understanding and helpful. All staff we came in contact with (from the other front desk members, life guards, housekeeping, etc.) were all super friendly and helpful! The rooms were cleaned and had good refrigerators etc. However the toilet handles were typical cheap versions that seemed flimsy. The accommodations they offer to their guests from the pools, health club, conference center, òpen space were all the best we've been to in a long time - especially at a work event. Thank you for being AMAZING!

However the event space and rooms were nice, spacious, and well kept. Staff seemed friendly and helpful as well

We came from far out of town to play in the Lou Fusz Winter College Showcase. Unbeknownst to us there was also a wedding here. Very loud music played late into the night as we were resting for our 6 am wake up. We had no idea or we would have picked another hotel. Management wasn’t helpful in the least. Stay to play? Idiocracy

Location is great - adjacent to a fitness center. Room was nice, except, the sheet had some stains that looked like rust. Despite staying for 2 nights, no cleaning of room nor refilling of coffee in the room. Had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the only interaction was to give us the bill. It was fortunate that the food was buffet style, otherwise, I wouldn't have recived, food, coffee or water

I've stayed at this location several times. However; this time the sheets and comforter were dark stained.
