DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel St. Louis - Chesterfield

Came here for a Vendor Conference, and did not stay an a room
However the event space and rooms were nice, spacious, and well kept. Staff seemed friendly and helpful as well

We came from far out of town to play in the Lou Fusz Winter College Showcase. Unbeknownst to us there was also a wedding here. Very loud music played late into the night as we were resting for our 6 am wake up. We had no idea or we would have picked another hotel. Management wasn’t helpful in the least. Stay to play? Idiocracy

Beautiful building with lots of amenities including: Gym, bar, basketball, coffee, and a restaurant.

Location is great - adjacent to a fitness center. Room was nice, except, the sheet had some stains that looked like rust. Despite staying for 2 nights, no cleaning of room nor refilling of coffee in the room. Had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the only interaction was to give us the bill. It was fortunate that the food was buffet style, otherwise, I wouldn't have recived, food, coffee or water

I did two events here and service is excellent. Bruce Winters is the ultimate events manager. He went above and beyond. Rose also helped me during the event when more people showed up than expected.

This hotel really exceeded expectations. The amenities were phenomenal. We brought our pickleball gear and had a blast. Fantastic staff, location, rooms, breakfast buffet (not included, but amazing if you end up dining there). Only very small let down were hours of the gym/pool on weekends. Ended up running outside and felt safe with the Chesterfield police next door. Thank you for the great accommodations!

Our stay has been awesome! Kim Zimmerman is the best and really went above and beyond for us. Such a nice lady. Give her a raise! We will stay here again next time we visit STL!

The experience here is always first rate from the front desk to the bar to the restaurant staff. They remember our group from year to year. They always have great recommendations on food and such. Certainly one of the reasons we keep going back.
