Almost every single person we’ve interacted with here has been so incredible - from the front desk (specifically Brandon who explained there’d been a mixup and so they went ahead and upgraded our room before we even arrived; and who patiently answered all of our questions during our stay) to sales (Sarah, who put on another hat to serve us coffee and breakfast, and sent us up a gift because we had to change back to another room on short notice from the hotel), to the engineer who came and kindly vacuumed up some Japanese beetles from our room and assured me he would release them unharmed, to the charismatic bartender who let us order food even though the kitchen was closing. There are several other folks who’ve been wonderful, and I’m sad I missed their names. The facilities are stunning (you must check out their rec center, I’ve literally never seen anything like it at a hotel) on top of everything else. I wish we lived closer or had more reasons to travel here more often.
This was my second stay here. The rooms are great, as are the amenities. Avoid any room ending in 10. These are on the back side of the elevators, and you will here the elevator cables constantly.
This Hilton proved to be an excellent location for the annual meeting of the American Institute of Professional Geologists. We received excellent service in a spacious and well-appointed building. It was perfect for the 141 registrants.
I went for a conference at their event center. The room was nice, but not worth $391 on the second night. I felt they took advantage of the conference attendees. I wouldn't recommend anyone just visiting to stay there.
I didn’t have a room here but I went here for a conference and we were served food at lunch time (food was great) but plates, silverware and glasses were dirty! I had to go threw a few plates to get threw ones that had dried up food on them or on the bottoms same with some forks having old blue icing on it in the clean pile we weren’t having anything with blue icing and something like egg on the glasses I couldn’t drink from anymore after finding a few like this. If their utensils are this gross idk if I want to know how the rooms are for the price they are asking for 🤮 I’m being nice and doing a 3 star cuz I didn’t have the room experience.
Clean rooms, wonderful staff, and quiet location.
Convenient location for a weekend soccer tournament. No microwaves in rooms, but one in the lobby. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, but the outdoor pool is closed for the season. Staff were nice and always accommodating. There is a sit down breakfast available for $17.50 per person or room service after 11am for lunch and dinner. There’s also a self serve café and a Starbucks in the lobby. We stayed for three days and two nights.
No wifi TVs (YouTube, Netflix, etc.) Also no way to connect your phone to the TV for viewing subscription services. Not even a channel guide. Asked for two more pillows and a bed sheet for our toddler bed and never got them.
This hotel was a great choice for our visit to St. Louis, our son loved the pool, the room was very clean, and it was very close to great shops and restaurants!
Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend
I went through all the proper channels before leaving a negative review, but my stay at Double Tree Hotel Chesterfield St. Louis/ Chesterfield Mo was so disappointing that I feel others should be warned.
The toilet had visible feces splattered on it, which showed the room had not been cleaned properly, and this completely unacceptable. The front desk staff assisted us with getting another room, but things only got worse! The second room was assigned right in front of the elevator which I had a French Bulldog with me that was disturbed by loud disturbances all night, so he was constantly moving. The hotel privacy latch was broken, and there was no do not disturb tag located in the room, so they almost let my French out while I was touring the city. The following evening while sitting on the bed with the sheets pulled back there was a blood stain on the sheets that I slept under. When I brought this the hotel staff, they offered to change the sheets, but they ran out of comforters the following night I only slept with a sheet, and was cold the entire night. For the price, this was appalling. The lack of cleanliness, safety, and basic hospitality standards is inexcusable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. I called over 20 times and the manager was always out of the Hotel and no one tried to rectify this situation.

The staff and amenities are amazing. They haven't lost touch with the customer here. First class all the way.
Great experience. I was here two weeks ago for a business conference. Great room. Awesome view. Food was amazing. staff was awesome. Drinks and food at the bar was chef's kiss. Will definitely be going back.
A fantastic value! Rooms include access to the Chesterfield Athletic Club. Room was clean and well designed. It was oddly unoccupied tho, I hope it doesn’t close.
First room had zero hot water. This necessitated waiting for staff to see for themselves there was no hot water. Had to repack and move to a different floor.
New room tv did not work. called maintenance back after half hour. Couldnt tell me when he would be available. This hotel badly needs to make some capex. Not worth it at half the price.
Great place to stay. Many good places to eat in close proximity proximal.
