Almost every single person we’ve interacted with here has been so incredible - from the front desk (specifically Brandon who explained there’d been a mixup and so they went ahead and upgraded our room before we even arrived; and who patiently answered all of our questions during our stay) to sales (Sarah, who put on another hat to serve us coffee and breakfast, and sent us up a gift because we had to change back to another room on short notice from the hotel), to the engineer...
This was my second stay here. The rooms are great, as are the amenities. Avoid any room ending in 10. These are on the back side of the elevators, and you will here the elevator cables constantly.
This Hilton proved to be an excellent location for the annual meeting of the American Institute of Professional Geologists. We received excellent service in a spacious and well-appointed building. It was perfect for the 141 registrants.
