The pizza was good but the staff needs to wear hair nets since I found a hair in my slice.But the reason for this review and rating is what happened afterwards. My wife took it to the counter and asked for another slice. The person at the counter was unsure about what to do so she asked someone else. That person looked closely at the slice, then another person came over to look closely at it, like they were questioning if there was a hair in there. Finally they came back and said they would get her another slice.I can understand that some customers might try to get a free slice by claiming there is a hair in there after they eat it, but we returned an un-eaten slice. They should have immediately apologized, rushed another slice, and maybe even give a partial refund for the inconvenience. But surprisingly, it was more like we had to prove that there was a hair in there and they begrudgingly have us a replacement.

If you are starving, like pizza, have an extra $14 bucks (plus 20% tip), but don’t actually want to eat anything after waiting close to a hour for 2 slices of pepperoni and 1 slice of cheese then this is the place for you!! Make sure you have your hungry son with you to make it extra special. Gave them $14 plus 20% tip (because of course everyone makes you tip before you even attempt service anymore) and got no food. Had to finally walk out because I wasn’t waiting anymore for 3 slices of pizza.

Wait times on phone to place an order are ridiculous. Call at 6:30 on a Saturday several times and waited greater than 30 minutes with no answer. They DO NOT ANSWER THERE PHONES.
ECP in chesterfield and its sister Epic pizza in soulard serve the BEST PIZZA in St. Louis! The crust is fantastic and they clearly use quality ingredients, which is increasingly harder to find. Support your local pizza places. They also have a great beer selection and great apps.

Such a fun little pizza joint! They definitely nailed the East Coast vibe in their decor and layout. You can even get a pizza by slice! The pizza was hot and fresh. The crust was crispy yet floppy to give you that authentic Brooklyn style experience. Excellent cheese pull and toppings were fresh. It was a a delicious way to start the weekend. A good "pizza Friday".
