Great service and food!!! The staff is very nice I was complimented on my outfit. They were taking COVID precautions and all were wearing masks. They had a QR code to scan so you could use the drink machine hands free. Good idea but it didn’t work well I just had to do it manually.
I love going to this place. Clean, friendly environment. All the workers are always friendly. Great subs!
Two sandwich combos, $20 WITH coupons. Expected better for price. Food was not bad, but we waited 15 minutes when they were not busy and there was no line. Also soap in the ladies room would have been nice.
Went at 815, they close at 9. Clearly upset we were there. Order was wrong. Young lady working register and large gentleman who made the food were rude. Go to Subway. Not worth it to deal with this.

This one is not that great. Maybe it was the shift but 20 minutes for a sandwich when it was not that busy is ridiculous. Then they serve it to another table who touches it and then tries to serve it to me. Pretty lame.

Always get good customer service here! Their food is really good too but I go here for because of the great quality of customer service. It's been forever since I've been in here and they still remembered me. Makes you feel really special

First time at firehouse. Friendly staff, very clean, fast. We shared a chicken/bacon/ranch and brisket cheddar and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great location!

We love this location, the food is always excellent and consistantly, the store is clean and stocked. Best of all is the staff. Sean and Zach are friendly and know our orders by heart. I will always go out of my way to come to this location over the one off of olive or other locations.
