The manager was extremely passive aggressive with the customers in front of me. He escalated to the point of screaming at the customers. It looked like it was going to get violent so I had to intervene. All of the customers were frightened.
I contacted corporate about this situation and got zero response.
I understand that this company supports first responders but I will never spend a penny there.

I'll be honest, I was skeptical about this place. I had it pegged as just another Subway or Jimmy Johns, but damn, was I completely wrong. COMPLETELY. The sandwiches are fabulous. My personal favorites are the Engineer and NY Steamer. Ordering is easy, and two sandwiches takes about 10 min to make. Totally recommend.
Wheelchair accessibility: VERY small curb. It's in a strip mall so they don't really have control over the sidewalk.

The crew always greets customers as they enter, and are speedy and accurate with order taking and completing. Stop by and grab late lunch or early dinner for the least waiting!
