Cons: The staff here has never been fast or friendly they seem really bothered by making coffee too. They always act overwhelmed by 4 or 5 customers. Maybe their management could shadow Chick Fil A for a learning experience.
Pros: Food is always decent and usually correct. Manager was thoroughly wiping down tables and trays in between orders.
Sidenote: Why do placed like this continue to hide the condiments behind the counter? Who is taking so many that its affecting Hardee's bottom line? You barely have enough customers to even put a dent in the ketchup packets.

Chicken blt is a small looks like a chicken strip on toast for over $10. A complete waste of money. The girl that took the order a 16 year old child had a complete attitude. She fixed it by the time we got to the window. But the food was unacceptable.
