We had the steak sandwich and the French dip, both very good and plenty to eat. Seemed to be young to middle age customers mostly, a few family's. Good TV's for the game.

How can a sports bar have the NFL playoffs and college football playoff semifinals on mute? The music was cranked up both times to 89 decibels which forced everyone to yell to talk. (Yeah I measured it.) It wasn’t even 1/3 full for the Sunday games and I couldn’t talk to anyone. Just stupid. I paid and left at halftime.

Honestly, we have come back time and time again because the food was so good. But this last service was awful. The manager herself was the one that had to come and check on us asked us what we wanted to drink brought our drinks and I’m assuming was going to be our server. Then we sat there and we waited and we waited 30 minutes went by and then 35 minutes, no one had to come to check on us. We already knew what we wanted. We were super hungry and no service. When I went to go, ask somebody to just bring up my drinks we were gonna go somewhere else I asked to speak to a Manager, and that’s when we found out that the only person that had seen us was actually the manager. So we were super disappointed they didn’t comp our Drinks or anything. Didn’t offer us a coupon didn’t offer us anything just let us leave. Super disappointed won’t be back.

They allow the bartenders to drink and they overcharge people (happened to me and another customer right next to me). Then they become verbally abusive and try to get male employees to intimidate you. It's wildly unprofessional. There is zero accountability in this establishment. Stay far away

Positive 1st - nice atmosphere, waitress attentive.
Mid - most of the food was good. Grilled chicken if anything it taste like it’s boiled then char grilled to heat up.
Drinks if I ask for a pint it’s because I want more mixer not a secret “hook up” I appreciate that most would love this but I like to gage how much I’ve drank before I drive home. I only had 2 mind you and it hit me as we were driving home.
Great place just refresh on the basics and you’ll be back to 5 stars in my book! Pour the right amount make the right amount of money and don’t put your customers in a bad position driving home, and still make great tips!!!

We have been here many times in the past and have always had a great experience!
Harpo’s Chesterfield was voted Best Sports Bar in West County on West County Social — and for good reason! The atmosphere is incredible, the staff is fast and friendly, and there are TVs everywhere so you never miss a play. Whether it’s Mizzou, the Blues, or the Cards, this is the place to be on game day!!

The food wasn't awful but im minding my.own business and dont have time for them to try to find out who I am im standing outside there's even married people in there with a new born where there's smoke it's like if they start a scene when im trying to get what I ordered and go I cant come back for a while anymore when im literally from this state if they want to kick me out I dont care I ordered food and they stare at me like I dont have time for that

My friend and I went here for the first time, and we got in after a group, the hostess sat the first group like normal, then my friend and I were left waiting for quite a while, nobody acknowledged us, nobody looked in our direction, another lady and her husband came in behind us and said they saw the large group in front of us and decided to wait outside, they waited outside for about 5 minutes and came in and waited with us for an additional 10 plus minutes and still were not seated, they got frustrated, we definitely were frustrated cuz we were in before them for a bit. But we received no acknowledgement from anybody, and the hostess was just gone. Now mind you it's just my friend and i, and there was a plethora of empty and clean tables for a two top near the bar area and various open tables in the restaurant. Not a great first impression, definitely won't let there be a second impression. So we left and now we are at a different restaurant. Hopefully that lady and husband got seated though.
