Not enough workers , and they have you wait so long for cold food and your drink go soggy and make excuses like 5 more mins when it's been like over 40 mins for a small batch , dont go here and pretty low and poor employee not happy doing there job . If your not happy then quit simple ... 🙂

WARNING FOR BLACK PATRONS of this restaurant: I sent my husband to pick up an order and he was met with poor service and discrimination. He went to ask if the order was ready and was rudely shoowed away, when he finally got his order that he had already asked about he was racially profiled to make it seem like he was stealing. He was asked if his oder was fake multiple times and tested by staff after already asking personly for said order.
Spicy beef ramen!!!! So good, actually spicy but with flavor instead of just “hot”
The menu in store didn’t specify what is in each dish but available with the online menu with photos.
Overall would come back when in the area :)

Never had microwaved Boba for $6 before. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Went here for boba and left with a delicious meal. We didn't know they had undo, Ramon etc. The food is great and we have been back 2x in a week.

Service was fine, but it’s probably better to avoid this place. I used to go here a lot, but it’s seriously gone downhill. The drinks are way too overpriced for what they are - the boba is extremely hard, and the flavor isn’t too good either. Wouldn’t recommend it.

This is worst boba experience I have so far in STL, mango milk tea literally smell like mango powder in water, it was so runny. I asked for less ice and it has more ice than the actual tea. The crystal bobas are so stiff, it’s almost inedible. Better to avoid…better options in panasia or dumplings & tea in chesterfield

Got the Ramen with an extra order of noodles and soup. Took half the goodies and put them in the extra soup so I had lunch for work, perfect!

Really wanted to like this restaurant but my taro milk tea tasted like water + served in a closed not see through cup with no boba straw!? My friend and I were the only table there and we heard the microwave turn on more than anything actually sizzling or being cooked.😭 Will not be back. Their other locations seem to have better reviews!

I used to really like this place, but now it has gone downhill. The dirty bear in the corner is disgusting, there’s a shelf with rags and cleaning supplies in plain sight, and they’re selling fake nails — why? I really liked the clear glasses because you could see the cocktails in them, but now they’ve been replaced with glasses that have flowers on them.
Very slow service (it took a full 40 minutes for 10 drinks), both times I went they made mistakes in the order, my Thai tea was bad and clearly made incorrectly with zero sweetener and zero milk, resulting in the worst Thai tea I have ever had - others had Thai teas and they were better.
Positives - Taro slush I had on the first visit was fine, that gave them the extra star. I do like the decor.

Very cute place with an interesting asthestic that girls are sure to love. The drinks are delicious, and I love that you can customize the sweetness because I think they are too sweet at full strength. I like the fruit teas iced at 30% sweetness with lychee jelly.
