This is one of the best Imo’s I have ever been too! The food is amazing, the store is very clean and I can’t say enough about the staff! Marissa and Kelsey are always so friendly and helpful every time I come in! Even under stressful circumstances they always manage to have a positive attitude and never fail to get the job done! I highly recommend eating at this location.

BEST IMOS EVER! I love the sweet heat pizza! But idk what’s sweeter, the pizza of the lovely employees who work there! I’m always welcomed the second I walk in! And my order is always made to perfection! As someone who once worked in the food industry, I know how crazy things can get during the holiday season. So please be patient with the workers. They are doing the best they can! I pretty good job at that.!

Service was a catastrophe, people were sitting at the tables tapping away on their phones whilst sneaking dirty looks here and there. Employees were fairly obnoxious about changes i made to my order. I didnt get my salad for 10 minutes because the person making it was in the bathroom for God knows how long. The food is decent and all, but i can tell its not made with the love.🙄

Well, I really wanted to like this place. I've heard it was very good, so we must have gone on a bad day. The place was empty, but only 1 clean table. We ordered a salad, pepperoni pizza, and garlic bread with cheese.
The salad tasted really good. The garlic bread with cheese was a bread loaf with a melted slice of cheese, it was ok. The pizza was very thin crust, not my favorite, but tasted ok. The bathroom had an industrial fryer in there and smelled like an 80s salon (perm solution) and not very clean. Now after we left I started the egg burps.... all night my belly did not feel right and the egg burps came with egg toots. Bad, bad deal... the next day.... my belly rumbled, rolled, and the water'ria started.... until I was certain their was nothing left in my body. Then the kids started having mushy poo.... Overall, the taste was ok, but the day after was not!!
I placed a carryout order for a medium pizza, two toppings and lite sauce on August 24th around 6:30pm. I received a pizza that had NO sauce and hardly any cheese.
I called the store to kindly ask for a remake and inform them of the error. The manager was extremely DEFENSIVE, COMBATIVE and ARGUMENTATIVE. He insisted that there is no way the pizza was prepared wrong. Mentioned that they NEVER make pizzas without sauce. He said THREE TIMES over the phone that it was made right without seeing the pizza or hearing me out.
Manager said that they don’t take pizzas back. I offered to bring it back and show them. They can just discard it.
Then i was told that there are over 50 pizza in front of me and I would have to wait over 45 minutes. Remake pizzas should always be the next ones out the oven due to the error being on the businesses end. This is a huge inconvenience for the consumer.
It is beyond ridiculous that you have to argue and have words with a manager over THEIR MISTAKE. Manager has yet to apologize for the error, time wait and the inconvenience of me driving to their establishment twice for a itty bitty medium pizza.
Horrible customer service, horrible low location. It is screaming low rent.
