The food is always good, while the service is excellent. They are kind, welcoming, and the food comes fast. We drove past for years without stopping, and we kick ourselves for that. Jenny's Diner is full of lovely people who make each stop a delight.

If you are looking for a classic American diner, this place is it. The food is as what you would imagine walking into a diner. We had pancakes, bacon and omelets for breakfast. Simple and sweet. If you are looking for a bougie breakfast, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a booth to write your next novel as you people watch, go on in!

Have eaten here twice in the past year and now we remember why we said we would never come back after the first time. Food is mediocre and the service is terrible. Took 20 minutes for someone to take our order then another 40 minutes to get our food (one cheese omelette and 2 veggie skillets; nothing complicated). Won’t be back to see if third times a charm

Two of us ate breakfast.

Parking: Usually breakfast entrees come with a generous serving of home fries.
Eggs seem more like what you get if you kept your own chickens, rather than eggs from a million bird farm.
You can get a hamburger with eggs for breakfast as a regular item, not an upcharge like other places.

Kid-friendliness: There's usually families with kids there.

Wheelchair accessibility: Seen folks with walkers in there.

It's not fancy, but a diner shouldn't be. It's everything we live about a diner.

Always try to stop here for brunch when I'm in the St. Louis area. Has a small town feel on the inside with tables full of regulars. Food is great and staff is friendly. Would highly recommend!

I honestly can't say enough positive things about this little diamond in the rough. There's only one waitress but she kicks butt. I haven't had anything I didn't like here. You won't be disappointed if you give this little diner a try. Big portions at a good price.

Waited for food an hour for simple order. Service was horrible- no apology for the wait. The chicken sandwich is a frozen patty. The gravy for biscuits and gravy was gelatinous and watery. Worst diner I have ever been to.

Is it tough to give a review like this to a place that I once appreciated. However the service of Ms Renee lately has been pisspoor. My kids hate when I say I’m going to Jenny’s. They have said since their first time there that it was not good food except the beignets. But I continue to go. Last month I switched from my regular 3 pieces of bacon, eggs, potatoes, and toast to try French toast. The toasts were bland and almost like the bread was dipped in egg and milk minus the cinnamon sugar etc. I told Constantine the bus boy when he came by my table. He asked if I wanted more I said no. Renee came to the table and I shared that I did not enjoy the French toast. She began fussing as she printed the receipt that u should have told her in advance so that she could have them remade. I told her I didn’t want them remade. She continued to fuss as she handed me the receipt, almost as if her grandmothers recipe had been insulted. Finally my daughter said, “We told that man!” We left. I said maybe I don’t need to go back ever. Then I said give it another try. Today I bit into the bacon and shared right away with Renee that the bacon tasted as if it may be going bad. She offered me more I declined. She then shared that there was a table of four who had the same thing and hadn’t complained. I looked over at a table of 80 year old white men. I asked for my bill without the bacon. She printed it then walked over to the men’s table and asked loudly if they enjoyed their food specifically the bacon. I paid the bill and departed promising never to eat here again. Her attitude the last two times was outrageous.
