The Italian sandwich tasted more like a ham sandwich. Needed more salami and pepperoni.

Employees are great. Food consistently good.

People here are slow and that’s saying it nice. Also if you’re gna charge 2 to add bacon put more than one slice. Staff looked at me like I was an alien when I asked for anything different. What’s wrong with them?

Food is good but if you think you're going to get in and out fast, think again. Not recommended for a short lunch break or eating with a group of 4 or more. Probably going to find another sandwich shop in the valley.

Came into the establishment tonight and there was a young lady who didn't want to service us because she apparently didn't want us in the store instead she calls the police on us because of her attitude. I normally come into here all the time moving forward we will not return. It's very sad that people have poor customer service especially this time of year.

Great service. Sandwich was OK to good, but I didn't like the white American cheese. It dominated the cheesesteak. I don't know if they'll substitute it, but next time I'll try.

The 2 young girls working behind the counter are absolute rock stars and deserve a raise! Ive fallen on hard times(house burnt down) and they made me feel welcome and accommodated and the kindness they showed me made me shed a few tears in the parking lot before i left. I WILL BE VISITING THAT LOCATION AGAIN BECAUSE OF THEM! Jersey Mikes... you have 2 future franchise owners if they want to go that route! And if they choose to pursue other Careers i hope the jersey mikes company brings them young girls help to achieve there goals!

Awful experience- not busy and painful experience to get 2 sandwiches made. No customer service and really was made to feel that it was an imposition for them to do their job. Lacking customer service, cleanliness and overall atmosphere is unwelcoming. Walked out in the middle of them making our sandwich and went to Subway. Have visited this location before and had a good experience but not going back after today.

I go here for lunch at least once a month. I always get the same order and it's great every time.

Once again, we experienced an issue ordering from this location and unacceptable service. No one wants it Mike’s way,.

First time to Jersey Mike's. Ordered an Original Italian sandwich for take out. Got home & looked forward to my sandwich only to find that it was sone kind of Ham, Turkey, & Salami concoction. Called the store to tell them & was told "Thanks" & the girl that answered hung up. Needless to say it was also my last trip to Jersey Mikes.
Jimmy Johns or Good Cents all the way for me from here on out.
Major disappointment.
