Was in tonight at 8pm and there was a short white girl with tattoos on her arms yelling and saying extremely rude and disrespectful things to customers. She even yelled what are you looking at at another customer. If this is the type people you hire I will make sure I go to other sandwich shops that actually appreciate business, and don’t have employees treat customers like trash.

I ordered through Uber eats, they were having a buy one get one free sale, so I did that, paid through Uber eats and then when I got my receipt my total had doubled, called them, they told me they couldn’t refund or cancel because I had already paid, they said I would have to cancel or talk to Uber eats. Hung up, decided to just keep the order, waited an hour for delivery and then got a notification that my order had been cancelled. Called back, was placed on hold and then hung up on, and then they ignored calls after that. Tried again later and someone answered and said that they actually can cancel orders. But I never asked them to cancel. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this location. Jersey mikes is great, this particular one is not

Store is clearly short staffed. Employee took her frustrations out on the customers though. It was very uncomfortable watching her throw stuff around and being rude. I ordered sandwiches for my kids only as I felt it was an inconvenience to order one for myself. Then as we walk out after eating she is glaring us down. Why would anyone come back after feeling uncomfortable like that? We were patient and polite the whole time as well. Hope they can get the store staffed

I want everyone to know we ate at the Chesterfield Mo location today and this group of employees were an absolute delight the most fun loving, polite crew I’ve ever seen they made our day and we had a great lunch. Service extremely poor two young ladies was working Thursday evening when i walked in around 7pm . me and my husband walked in the store was empty no one greeted us . we patiently waited for atleast a simple hello or one moment please they just kept looking at us but continue there closing work . so we proceeded to wait and wait they never aais anything to us then once we gave up up we told them Thanks for nothng the short American Woman told us “your welcome “ So with that being said absolutely horrible seevice here . I will provide pictures in person to THE general manager of the specific description of these 2 women

Sitting in the car waiting for my husband who has been in line forever. Loosing a ton of business. I have watched 6 couples and a family walk out with out choosing to wait in line. What a shame we love the sandwiches! They are swamped and under staffed.Decided to try again! Worst choice ever! Employee so rude on Christmas Eve. Sorry you have to work. Won’t be doing this again!

at least 1/2 the time my food is wrong but due to dietary restrictions my daughter has limited choices. I would like to ask that Jersey Mike's NOT make my PERSONAL INFORMATION available to the instore employees. is it a new practice that they follow up by texting you to rant about the tip? To rant judging that I am more fortunate? to rant that Jersey Mike's pay is so low and they depend on those tips? Complaining about the company I don't work for? And employing the people that speak about how terribly the place of business pays them. this text belongs on Jersey's Mike's social media accounts to warn others that don't want employees contacting them personally. It doesn't deserve any stars, the orders wrong frequently. My daughter was genuinely scared. And then the owner responded with, it must've been a hair salon because he traced it? No employees were questioned (I was called back very quickly. good job James/Jamie? You're a great store owner

If your hours online, on the open sign, and posted on the door all say 9 pm and your employees are standing around and laughing as I was walking to the door at 8 pm. probably is not the best look as a business.

I placed an online order for pickup and my husband picked it up. When he was trying to make sure everything was correct and in the bag (as he is allowed to do because we paid for it already), one of the employees was extremely rude and yelling at him that everything that was ordered was in the bag. We live 45 minutes away so he just wanted to make sure it was correct because mistakes can happen but we’d be too far away to come back if something was missing. I never write negative reviews but my husband is a very nice man that was simply making sure everything was in the bag and should not have been yelled at. He came out to the car really rattled and confused by this encounter. What happened to people treating others with kindness? Do better. He said the lady handing him the order was very nice, so atleast there’s that.

The young girl with the blond hair was very rude with a nast attitude. She appeared to be over the others. The other workers appeared nervous around her. We had never eaten there before, every time I asked a question she snapped with a reply to the point that my mom and I walked out. When I simply asked her to toast my bread. "She snapped we don't have a toaster !" At that point we'd had enough of her and replied we do not like angry people fixing our food. We went to the zumbel location and received excellent service ?

We have gotten large orders from this location several times and always been impressed. I really like their oil and vinegar topping on the classic turkey or ham sandwiches. Much better than mayo or mustard.
