Kaldi's Coffee

Love this place. It was voted best coffee chain in the US recently for a reason. Some of the best coffee I have found in the states. Amazing food options & great atmosphere. Always a great experience visiting any of Kaldi's locations.

Morning bowl has

Service good. Food ok. latte not so much, bitter. Had the Morning Bowl, fairly fresh except greens were all wilted. Tables rarely wiped or cleaned the various times we were there.

Easily the best coffee chain in the St. Louis area. I just wish they were open later.

During my recent visit to Chesterfield, I decided to stop by this familiar location, and it didn’t disappoint! True to their exceptional standards, the taste and service were consistently delightful, just like at their other branches. I indulged in my go-to drink, an iced caramel latte, which was perfectly sweet and refreshingly cool. Every sip was a little moment of joy that made my day just a bit brighter! I ordered my iced caramel latte.

I came to this location and the Manager named Liz had the nastiest attitude and acts as if empathy is non existent in her heart. There’s literally no way you work at a location centered around customer service and don’t know how to treat people. Remove her immediately. Other then that everyone else was wonderful

Such delicious coffee. I like mine black and have drinking decaf for about two years and their decaf drip is so flavorful! Their lattes are delicious; try lavender and hazelnut combined. It's a great place to sit and enjoy a book in a comfy armchair, catch up with a friend, and people watch!

I’ve been to many excellent cafes around the world. Their flexibility to make me a cortado off the menu and gift of two chocolate covered espresso beans sets a high bar for shops in the area!

Staff is so friendly and accommodating. The facility is always clean and maintained. The food and coffee are delicious every visit!!

I recently visited Kaldi’s coffee shop, and it was a great experience from start to finish! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The drinks were absolutely amazing—rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain their coffee options and make personalized recommendations. I also loved the selection of pastries and snacks here. I definitely recommend this place!

Food and coffee are incredible, but I have yet to go in there without experiencing horrible customer service. I am sure there are great people who work there, but every person my family and I have dealt with has been rude and has a horrible attitude, acting as though they are put out anytime they have to do their job. Even the initial taking of your order is met with a rude, off-putting demeanor. I really hope this can be resolved because, if not, the great food and coffee will not be worth continuing to give my business.
