We got a large fruit cake for a birthday party, and it was a hit! The birthday girl isn't a fan of most store-bought frosting, so we wanted a whipped cream frosting. The cake was beautiful and delicious (not too sweet, but the kids still came back for seconds), and the service at the bakery was excellent. Even the packaging was great; the cake box had sturdy handles, and the cake was on a firm gold board that made transporting and serving a breeze. They even included a plastic cake knife and some birthday candles! We've enjoyed their other baked goods many times, and we'll certainly be back for future cake orders.

I have been visiting this place whenever I get a chance, and I have never had a bad experience. All the food is great every time and everyone is always friendly. Every celebration or other event I have, I always think of rewarding myself by going to this place. It’s always worth the drive.
Kim oh Kim … transforming bakery into different level. You don’t feel sinful after eating their Korean pancakes nor feel guilty after eating their delicious cake. Your diet won’t be mad at you no matter how many pieces of heavenly baked goodies you eat!

This is hands down my favorite bakery in St. Louis!! Kim’s Bakery has been around since I was a kid and it’s my family’s go-to for cakes for all different occasions (especially my birthday every year!). It also has the YUMMIEST breads and baked goods at an affordable price. My favorites are the custard bread, roll cake, sweet potato cake (don’t knock it til you try it!!), and the Japanese cheese cake. There’s something here for everyone, from sweet to savory!

Thank you , Joy! This place was very nice to visit. The lead production manager Joy , was very helpful with her recommendations. I was running late for work and she helped me acquire some needed items for the evening. I loved them all and they were very fresh on a Sunday afternoon. Amazing 🤩! I will visit again for more delightful baked breads and snacks.
