I didn’t want to leave a negative review but since you read and didn’t respond to my fb message here we are. We have ordered twice online for a pickup order. Both times our orders have been wrong. They don’t care. They got our money so that’s that. Unfortunately for them they won’t get another penny. Bad business logic not trying to keep customers.

I’ve been to both locations in the past week, and in both instances I’ve decided this business is not well organized.
Today I placed an online order that was to be ready at 7:26. I show up at 7:36 to pick up and I am informed since the order was over $100.00 they needed to approve it and they had not even started.
It was well after 7:50 when I was informed the order was not going to be done anytime soon.
I asked for a refund and was given it.

I ordered two separate half dozen bagels for a reason. You bagged them all together. Now I need to separate them before taking them to our neighbor.

Lefty's is absolutely delicious! Every flavor is fantastic: we love ordering a dozen and having a bagel tasting board. Definitely order ahead to skip the line, especially on the weekend. I even keep a few in the freezer and they toast up beautifully. We will never go anywhere else for bagels and I hope Lefty's sticks around for many years to come!

Pretty good bagels. The only issue is they are always and I mean always out of multiple things. Wouldn't go out of my way to go here for that reason.
Delicious! I've been here twice, and tried 2 different breakfast sandwiches. Both amazing! Cooked fresh and with love. I went a bit later in the day the second time so they only had pumpernickel. (A Bagel I never thought I would try) I'm honestly glad it's all they had, because it was delicious! I got the "I want it all" with pastrami. It was like a breakfast Reuben. So tasty!
