Lion's Choice - Chesterfield

Order was wrong, service was shitty, fries were burnt. Keep moving. It's not worth a nickle. Chesterfield location is trash.

Another fine example of the brand: Good food, friendly service and clean restaurant.

Drive through was crowded but inside ordering was quick

Don’t go through the drive-through. We ordered 3 sandwiches and 2orders of fries. Seems pretty easy, right? We thought it would be too so didn’t check the bag before driving off. When we got home, opened the bag and we only had 2 sandwiches. Ugh! When I called them to get a refund for what we didn’t get, yet paid for, they said we’d have to drive back so they could “run the card.” They said there’s nothing they could do over the phone. So, they expect me to drive 30 plus minutes extra just to fix their problem? Huh, how is that even close to be fair? So, buyer beware at this location… especially at the drive-through…

We chose this place last night late after making a 3 hr travel for a medical procedure. 30 min. Before close, most of the menu was unavailable- including a hot dog. After spending $63 on chicken tenders that were fried so crispy we couldn't even eat them, a French dip which they did not give us our sauce, ordered trash fries with special request that was wrong and soggy old fries is what we ended up with. The Hispanic female cook who was preparing our meal gave us some extremely hateful looks and it was made very clear we were a burden for being there. We get to our hotel to find the ranch cups busted inside our bag and all over everything. The food was not good,and the service was Terrible. It makes for bad business- please do better!

It was fairly crowded no ketchup in the dispenser and the guy tried to give me 3 packs of ketchup for 2 orders. They did away with the meal deals and it was nearly $30 for two orders. Fast food at sit down restaurant prices.

I just went through the drive-through at this Lions choice, and drove away with a raw roast beef sandwich that was tough and stringy and chewy. Totally inedible. I had to wrap it back up throw it back in the bag and just eat the fries for lunch, which were pretty good. To be fair, I eat at the Lions choice at Olive and 270 quite often and it’s always very good.

Very similar to an Arbys... was good but typical fast food... so ok but for fast food that's what you'd expect.

You shouldn't have to return fries that are old and cold, they shouldn't have been served in the first place
