Holy cow. 2nd Lion's Choice experience. How does Arby's stay in business? This place even had all its exterior signs turned off to keep away the riff raff.

So, this place has the driest RB out there so when I must eat here it requires some sort of sauce.Today, drive through screwed up a simple order, 2 originals and a diet Dr.P with2 BBQ sauces.No BBQ sauce which makes this sandwich inedible. Called to get fairly reimbursed or comped since I couldn't eat the sandwiches and was told, even though she recognized their mistake, Mgr could not comp me....2 RB sandwichesIf your profit margin is that thin, maybe hire competent ppl and serve edible foodArby's got 2 for $6 and this place should feel luck to have customers willing to bypass that deal and then to serve CRAP....well, no wonder I never see anyone eating here

I haven’t been here in awhile and thought I would try it again. Worst meal ever! The meat wasn’t cooked and the meal cost $10 and it felt like nothing was in the bag. I’d think twice before coming here. Sorry.

Went here again despite past problems... what do you know, another problem Apparently if they do not include the items you ask for, like sauces for their sandwiches, they do not consider this a mistake on their part that they feel responsible for making up for No BBQ, then I can't eat your sandwiches so the whole thing is lost and inedible Manager refused to give me credit and hung up after yelling at me that they DID get the order correct except the sauces.... which were on the receipt and part of the order

My mother and I visited the store at 10:45 (45 min. after opening). We were the only customers when we ordered our food. Every table with the exception of 1 or 2 was dirty, presumably from the evening before. Both toilets in the ladies bathroom were so disgusting I couldn't even use them. The 4 staff members behind the counter were not busy. If there was a manager on duty, shame on him/her. This franchise owner has problems. If the areas seen by the customers are this disgusting, I can only imagine how unsafe the food prep area is. Also, where is the au jus?

Love Lion's Choice. The best roast beef sandwich anywhere. I grew up on their sandwiches and they always deliver.
