Waited 40 minutes for our order (only because we couldn’t leave the drive through), and they still got it wrong. The staff moved like they had all day, showed no urgency, and didn’t care about fixing their mistakes. Food was lukewarm, missing items, and the service was awful. Avoid this place at all costs.

Went there about 1:00 AM, sat by the order sign about 20 minutes waiting for some sign of life. Was blocked in from the back so I decided to just go around. The second I pulled up I saw the line of cars circling the building. So I didn't get to order and waited at least another 20 minutes to get out. 40 to 50 minutes I'll never get back. Thanks for nothing.

Don't go here after 9 PM unless you literally want to sit in the drive thru for over an hour. Absolutely ridiculous and you are blocked in and unable to leave.

The staff at McDonald's provided poor service. When I ordered four burgers, they only gave me three. Trusting McDonald's, I didn’t count the items at the store. However, after reaching home, I realized that one burger was missing.
I went back to the store with a picture of the burgers as proof, but the staff insisted that they had given me four burgers. When I requested to check the CCTV footage, they finally admitted the mistake and gave me the missing burger.
Additionally, the burger was too hard and not cooked properly, and the fries were also undercooked. I believe there is a lack of proper maintenance at this McDonald's location, and the staff is not trustworthy. This is the second time I have faced an issue at this store.
I urge everyone who orders takeaway to carefully check their items before leaving the store to avoid such problems.

I needed some salt and pepper. The counter person and the manager ignored my presence and multiple requests for salt and pepper. Finally a customer walked behind the counter and got some for me.

Asked for a cup for water I was told the water dispenser was not working , I asked for a cup of water from th e back to be told they cannot do that, guess I’m supposed to guzzle down sugar and get diabetes complete joke , can’t even get a water what kind of country is this
