We got a happy meal and double cheeseburger. And at first I was little upset because the guy that took our order told me they were out of the collector meal (which was fine) but when we finished ordering he couldn’t even tell us the price. We waited little extra for cheeseburger. Tracy was wonderful gave us pie because of the wait! And made sure I got sauce. Please keep her! 10/10 Tracy! Best customer service we’ve had McDonalds in a while!!!!
Dine in is generally fine. Drive through is a 50/50 shot they get your order right. If you call, they'll make up for it but you still have to drive back. Overall it's fine.
We came in today even though we knew it would be busy for Father's day. Despite the crowd, all employees were extremely friendly. There were many people who dined in using the ordering kiosks in the store, and they were complaining about the wait. Despite the wait (which was only about 10-15 minutes), the staff were friendly, and the store was one of the cleanest McDonald's I've been in. I wish people had more patience, situational awareness, and kindness to treat...
