Please teach employees basic customer service skills like making eye contact when returning credit cards instead of shoving them out the window and dropping them on the ground when customers trying to grab from a moving arm. [Sigh]
McDonald's has adopted digital kiosks which has lowered the quality of their service. The kiosk didn't print a receipt, and although we picked and there out table number, they did not bring the food to our table. When I tried to flash down an employee to ask for my receipt, the staff was busy socializing and I had to call out a few times to get someone's attention.
Chase did an outstanding job tonight, extremely impressive knowledge of McDonald’s and their system. Helped me use my Mobile code and swiftly got us our food and put a smile on my face even though I was sad.
