If I could give -10 stars in service I would. EVERY single employee I have encountered is horrendous. So rude and when you say thank you they shut the window in your face. I haven’t had a single decent encounter at this McDonald’s. We utilize this McDonald’s often in my line of work and will be taking our business elsewhere. Not that the employees care. Very disappointed…

Haven’t been able to get chocolate shakes for months-machine broken that long. Ordered a fish sandwich and got chicken McNuggets. I think your onion problem is just icing on the cake.

UPDATE: Went downhill again!!!! No shakes or ice cream for 8 weeks, crusty hard buns, missing box of chicken nuggets, no fries=20 minute wait..... KEEP DRIVING!
What a difference the last few months have been! Not sure if there's new management or they have mostly new staff but they have been GREAT! Pleasant, fast, and ACCURATE!!!! ITS CRAZY! We have been going to this McDonald's for almost 7 years and there accuracy was about 10%. Last month we have had 100%! YEA!

Ann and another female employee ignored the drive-through window for nearly 10 minutes. The window was left open so I was forced to hear her talk about her phone case with the other lady. The whole time Jarvis ran around trying to do literally everything while panicking because they weren't helping him. He even apologized to me before I mentioned how rude they were to us both. Took so long I had to come in for fresh fries and Ann and her friend tried to tell me I was wrong for getting upset at her and they work hard and that someone times those moments are the only breaks they get. Mind you, she said this while sitting in a booth in the front lobby. Ann and her were gossiping about me and ignoring the drive-through when I came in. Will be calling corporate.

It took over 20 minutes to get a chicken nugget happy meal. Will not be coming back to this location. I saw 8 people who ordered after me in the dr8ve through get their food while everyone's order inside was completely ignored.
Horrible customer service. Girl taking my order had an attitude and kept rushing me. Guy handing me food in the window was forcing it through my window while I was trying to get the drinks situated.
