We visited tonight to order two Grinch Big Mac Meals, one large and one medium, with diet cokes. We also ordered an apple pie and chocolate chip cookies. Service was super slow, and when we were handed our food, it was one medium fry, two big Mac's, and two drinks. I had to ask for the 2nd fry and the grinch socks. The girl at the window was rude and acted like I was an idiot.
When we got home, we had two cold big Mac's, two cold fries (both medium), a Diet Coke , a diet pepper, and a cream pie.
You literally just have to look at a receipt and insert the listed items into a bag--it cannot be this difficult...

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Took us 27 min to get our food and cups. Tables were all dirty and food ordered was incorrect. No one was happy in the lobby after ordering and waiting

This location is HORRIBLE. We ordered two meals here tonight. Once we got home we realized that nothing in our bag was correct. The entire bag contained items we did not order. We had to drive all the way back to the location and not only did we not even receive an apology, they took forever to even acknowledge us at the window to correct the order. Additionally, we were not offered anything for the inconvenience and they refused to give us fresh fries even as the ones in the bag were already cold. This location is both incompetent and inconsiderate.

This place is horrible throughout the day its not even just one part of the day. the service is horrible and every time i go there this girl is there at night and she doesnt understand what you say even if you repeat it every which way. by the end of it she will have charged you for things you did NOT order and if you try to clarify at the window and say i didnt want these items you put on my order SHE will say its already been made and i have to pay for it when it has been 2 seconds from the drive thru to the window. I also ordered a double cheeseburger with extra pickles ketchup mustard and onions and i got none of that.

Couldn’t find my mobile order so had to manually input the order. Waited for about 10 mins to get my food but it wasn’t mine. Then I was given my food missing one item and the fries were overcooked. Management needs to train this family business better to make sure they know what they are doing.

Today was a normal day at McDonald's everything was flowing well, workers were friendly and food was good.
At 13559 Olive Blvd Chesterfield, MO 63017 United States when i order they speak to me very tired like dont want to and i smelled like there are alot of people in the MC smoking weed that is a really bad smell even i’m my car! I won’t recommen anyone go in here!

If I could give -10 stars in service I would. EVERY single employee I have encountered is horrendous. So rude and when you say thank you they shut the window in your face. I haven’t had a single decent encounter at this McDonald’s. We utilize this McDonald’s often in my line of work and will be taking our business elsewhere. Not that the employees care. Very disappointed…

Haven’t been able to get chocolate shakes for months-machine broken that long. Ordered a fish sandwich and got chicken McNuggets. I think your onion problem is just icing on the cake.
