This place is a hit or miss, I always ask for freshly cooked hash browns and 4 out of 5 times it's never hot out the grease. My frappe be awesome all the time. Kids enjoy the food (lunch/ dinner)

Ordered an “original” crispy chicken sandwich & somehow they heard “spicy” ? I also asked that the original chicken sandwich NOT have pickles but ADD mayo. No mayo, pickles still on it. Seriously, how hard is it to get a single persons small order correct? They weren’t even busy, I was the only one in the drive through. I guess that’s what I get for not checking the order before driving away, but honestly, I shouldn’t have to….

Everyone mustve quit tonight or something because I sat in line for almost 30 minutes and they only took 1 persons order the entire time. I just ended up leaving..

On the night of 11/26 around 8pm I placed an order through drive thru, once I got to the 2nd window I noticed the manager prepping the food had dirty bandaids on with gloves that had been ripped with holes, once I paid with a one-hundred dollar bill. the team member Nate handed this manager then bill to check. Once I received my change I requested that the manager replace his gloves before preparing my food, Nate's exact words were "well I'm about to touch your food and you didn't ask me to wear gloves and I've been touching money all day" I told him that I was unaware he was the one prepping too since I only seen the manager prepping. Nate instantly got hostile and slammed the drive thru door and then his headset and my happy meal. once he returned, he sat there in silence as if we were having a starring contest, then proceeded to say "do you want the food or not" I remained calm and asked why was he so hostile about me asking his manager to change gloves, he could not answer. I then asked to speak to the manager thinking there would be a resolved issue. however, THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. once the manager came over there I explained to him what was going on and what my concern about the gloves, the manager got VERY HOSTILE AND ASKED DID I WANT MY MONEY BACK. he then went on to say that they wash their hands every 5 minutes, I told him that I had been sitting here for 15 minutes and he's had on the same glove and has not washed his hands not once. he told me " I don't care what you seen it doesn't matter" he then asked for my receipt and change, I held out my hand out he snatched the receipt and my money flew everywhere outside the drive thru. I said "wow you dropped my money" he then said "no you dropped your own money" I then proceeded to pull my phone out and record the entire incident, he told me that this was a private property and if I proceeded to record the would call the police. I proceeded to record the entire incident until I got my money back, he then came outside got my plate number and called the police. once he finally gave me my money back he slammed all the bills and receipt into my hand and said never come back, which after this I never plan to do so anyway. this has by far been the worst treatment ever, management has no care or regards for costumers who spend their money there. I have the entire incident on video, I feel assaulted by the way he snatched and then slammed the money in my hand.
