Ninja Japanese Sushi Bar & Steakhouse

Maybe everybody was tired from New Year’s Eve. We did not experience the same wonderful service, I did not like the sauce used on the food. Maybe the cooking oil. The taste was off. I guess I’m spoiled, my normal Japanese restaurant was closed so we tried this one. The service was so slow. It took us 2.5 hours to get in and out. At one point some of us wanted to leave after the salad. It would have been the best idea. 🤪

Food is really good and service is great. Show is someone lacking compared to other hibachi but it makes up for it in price and quantity!

We have eaten at Ninja many times and have had good experiences. This last time was the worst. We ate on the hibachi side. Our reservation was for 5:30 on a Sunday. We were seated immediately which was great. We then waited over an hour before a chef began to cook. He was terrible. He was more worried about other chefs. He did nothing extra for the kids. We had 9 people celebrating my son’s birthday. The portions of food was also unacceptable. I ordered scallops, filet and lobster. After my meal I was still hungry. The waitress also had no idea what she was doing. The entire experience was just not good. We would not recommend going to this restaurant.

Waiter didn’t do any waiting cuz we had to find her to get refills on our drinks and didn’t clear our plates before we had our main meal. On top of that she added her own gratuity on everyone’s bill. They don’t have a main gratuity, so basically they can just put what they think they deserve on your bill. We had a party of 14 people. All around bad first impression of this restaurant.

WOW!!! Wonderful food! Outstanding service! Beautiful, serene atmosphere! We came in near closing time for dinner, but unlike many restaurants, the staff welcomed us in without a hint of annoyance. The steak and sushi were AWESOME quality, and so reasonably priced (about $20)!!! Come to this restaurant; you’ll be so glad that you did! : )

The food is delicious I ordered the filet mignon dinner with rice, noodles and vegetables and everything was perfect. The servers and chefs are so funny and nice. They always make adorable and funny jokes. 10/10 recommend coming here whether it’s by yourself, a date, or with a group of friends or family.
