I did door dash, the food was great… I ordered on 9/6/25…. The best thing I could’ve done, the rice crispy was soooo good… I ordered again on 9/8/25 and again the food was good.. but idk who made them rice crispy on 9/8/25 they don’t need to make them no more! I mean no more!!! Just rice crispy and whole marshmallows not even melted or mixed!!! Smh

They forgot to put seasoning and Parmesan on my noodles. The workers were nice, though.

I will go way out of the way to always come to this location. they’re quick and the building is clean. Nick took our order today and he was very patient and over the top nice! the food always comes out exactly how you ask for it and everyone is always kind.

The food was good and out to our table quickly. There was some confusion when the cashier was taking my order and what was brought to the table was not what I had ordered or what was even on the ticket. He apologized and brought a new dish out to me.

Wonderful vibes but ngl the pork on the pulled pork Mac n cheese was the worst I've had. Mac and cheese was decent but the pork was all fat and chewy

Nice people. Good food. Not too expensive (less than I thought it would be).

We had crispy bacon Alfredo, Parmesan chicken pesto with chicken, and a kids mac & cheese. The total bill was $34.03
The taste was OK. No complaints. This is not fine homemade pasta or a real pasta restaurant. It’s fast food more or less.
The inside of the restaurant has not changed for as long as it’s existed. It’s not exactly inviting, but it’s not terrible.
Unfortunately, there is terrible music playing in the restaurant and it’s not at a volume that is appropriate for adults and families. It’s difficult to imagine who is selecting this music it would definitely keep us from ever eating inside.
If this is the type of food you’re looking for it’s acceptable. Would I pick someplace else the next time I’m carrying out pasta, probably.
Food was not good compared to the one on Olive. Mac and cheese was bland and the other meal sauce was watered down. Very disappointed
The food is good, when they get it right. This location messes up my orders regularly, usually by leaving out ingredients (both regular ingredients and modifications). Check your food if you're carrying out.
The new menu is very difficult to read and has worse options than before. The pulled pork is not good, maybe I got a bad batch but it tasted terrible and I didn't get a large portion, which is probably for the best. It seems like most of the protein is very low quality. It doesn't help that the prices seem to have increased, now $13 for a regular meal.

Pad Thai dish was hot and delicious! Fast service. Kind staff. Many thanks!
Vegetarian options: Just about any dish could be customized to vegetarian.
Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu all its own with four main dishes to choose from and alternate side options.
Wheelchair accessibility: There were several stairs to enter the restaurant and no wheelchair ramp on the south entrance.

By far the worst run dinner service I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. There was a college team that choose to dine in more then likely impromptu. I can be sympathetic to that. However, the manager on duty thought it was a wise idea to bump every online order off her screen marking them ready for the customer. As you can imagine this created quite the bottle neck. Online orders where being made out of order resulting in several frustrated guest waiting for there food for well over 30 minutes while ready online orders sat cold. The two young team members couldn’t be bothered with customer service. I get the stress of being busy but that is your job to answer the questions of the guest attitude is not apart of the service. I waited for over 40 minutes for my online order that was marked ready 5 minutes after me placing it. I was never told anything other than that will be a minute. Truly disheartening. This team needs a leader and a serious retrain!
