Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I ordered curbside. They forgot my calamari. Went in to get it. Someone came up to check my bag as if I just hadn't checked it in the car. Mgt agreed I hadn't gotten it. Specifically Jen was SUPER NICE and empathetic. She did what she could do to give me a better experience than I was having. A smile and kind words go FAR. Thanks Jen. You're a gem.

Server was too kind. We tried Calamari, toasted ravioli, fettuccini alfredo.
Not a huge fan of Sicilian sunset but Spiked strawberry lemonade was so so refreshing. Kids liked the option to play game with infinite bread supply.

I like this spot.

We had a new waitress, she needed support from management; she seemed rushed and overwhelmed. She was friendly and accommodating. However, it took over an hour to get one margarita, in spite of three reminders. I ordered iced tea and it was refilled often, which I really appreciate. I had ordered Pasta e Fagioli soup, but got served salad. I decided to eat the salad instead of mentioning it. The Eggplant Parmesan was delicious, but sliced paper thin, I prefer it thicker. We ordered pumpkin cheesecake and it was delicious! Pricey, but it was worth it. There were several errors with our checks and the wait to correct them was excessive. I was antsy waiting for the check and wanted to leave. Far from the relaxing atmosphere you hope for when dining with elderly family members. I went to the hostess station to order lasagna to go. I was worried it was going to take a long time, but the order was delivered quickly and it was a good amount of salad, hot lasagna and warm bread sticks. I was impressed! I will return, but it was a frustrating dining experience.

Really really disappointed with our visit. Chesterfield was always our go to stop but today we left extremely disappointed. Starters we were told 25 minutes wait that turned into 55. We were finally seated and I could tell the poor waiter was stressed to the max. We quickly put in our food to save time of her running back and forth. She brought us our drinks and appetizer but oddly brought out my husbands meal with the appetizer. I thought it was odd but was excited maybe the kitchen was moving fast. I waited about 15 mins after and she finally brought the salad a breadsticks another 30 minutes pasted and she come to the table asking if we needed any to go boxes and I said I haven’t received my meal. She quickly said “oh ya I just put it in it should be here shortly” WHAT?!!! I was so upset. I ordered chicken Alfredo and she brought out just plain Alfredo this was after me waiting 50 minutes after my husband got his food. I told her if it’s easier just take it back and take it off the bill bc I’m already frustrated or I’ll just dump it in Togo box because at this point I waited over an hour and 15 mins for my food. I didn’t even get to eat my meal and was extremely upset when leaving.

It's good but I would stay away from all never ending menu items or take home for $6 menu items - as these are not worth it. 1st serving itself is very less with the assumption that you're going for refills and 2nd one is less than a kids meal. Very disappointing experience!!

We had the worst service experience I’ve had in a long time. The breadsticks were crunchy & the waitress did an overall terrible job.

The service is non existent too many tables assigned to one server sometimes you don’t even see your server for water refills napkins or if something wrong with the food which all of those were a factor during my visit. I’m currently sitting at my booth writing this review that’s how bad the service is smh

Brought a family member for birthday dinner .
I could say that was the best experience I’ve had In a long time in any restaurant
I love the food, the waiter Anthony Zeigler had a smile on his face was constantly making sure we where taken care of .
That is the quality of employee that needs to be acknowledged
If you had 100 starts he would get them .
Absolutely be coming back ! Awesome job !
