I ordered curbside. They forgot my calamari. Went in to get it. Someone came up to check my bag as if I just hadn't checked it in the car. Mgt agreed I hadn't gotten it. Specifically Jen was SUPER NICE and empathetic. She did what she could do to give me a better experience than I was having. A smile and kind words go FAR. Thanks Jen. You're a gem.
Server was too kind. We tried Calamari, toasted ravioli, fettuccini alfredo.
Not a huge fan of Sicilian sunset but Spiked strawberry lemonade was so so refreshing. Kids liked the option to play game with infinite bread supply.

We had a new waitress, she needed support from management; she seemed rushed and overwhelmed. She was friendly and accommodating. However, it took over an hour to get one margarita, in spite of three reminders. I ordered iced tea and it was refilled often, which I really appreciate. I had ordered Pasta e Fagioli soup, but got served salad. I decided to eat the salad instead of mentioning it. The Eggplant Parmesan was delicious, but sliced paper thin, I prefer it thicker.
