Best fish and chips to enjoy when they are here. Perfect location as it is close to home and I get my meals on my way home from work. Staff is so friendly. Wish if they took pre-orders the lines are usually so long and sometimes not easy to wait when the temperatures are not the perfect conditions. Can we get a little more fries? On Thursday I did not get the malt and vinegar I asked for maybe they forgot in the busyness. I would definitely give their food 👍 4.5⭐️

My husband saw the truck while passing by. We live in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. There were about 28 people in line. He went ahead and waited. There were more people behind him. I’m a fish & chips lover. Theses were delicious!! The beer batter they used was crispy. The cod fish was so good. They were pretty good in size too. The fries are deep fried perfectly & crispy too. Just the way I likes it. Loved their Tatar sauce. A great experience. We’ll be back when in our town again!!!

I haven't had authentic fish & chips from across the pond but I'm afriad most won't hold up to the bar these guys have set for me.Just give into the urge and eat this as soon as you get back in your car if you can manage to wait that long. It's fried food. Best eaten asap.Don't skimp on the vinegar. Absolutely essential. Sauce merely features and is not the main cast.

I got three orders of fish and chips. The pieces of fish were very tiny and overcooked. The fries were overcooked as well. I could have gotten more and better food from Culver's. The Culver's fish meal includes Cole slaw and a roll for less than their prices. I will never buy from them again.

Awful chips, worst I've tasted. They were anemic looking and were oddly very 'sharp' (they must have been pre-cooked and left to 'set')! Very disappointed and wouldn't go there again nor recommend! However, the service was very good and impressed with the hygiene.

These people absolutely refused to accommodate me, a disabled person that cannot walk well and definitely cannot stand in a long line. They “don’t have a system for that” well according to the American Disability Act it is illegal to have zero ability to accommodate those less fortunate than themselves. Apparently taking an order down on a sticky note is too much for them. If you are disabled, or love someone that is disabled, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

i bought a large cod and chips,which ive bought before as the hook has a reputation as a good fish and chip shop,i paid sat down within less then 5 minutes it was ready,it was dark brown over cooked oily batter ,fish was stained inside brown,i didnt unwrap the meal till i got home,if i had done so in the shop i would of asked for my money back ,it was the worst ive bought for a long time,will not buy fom there again ,a good reputation spoilt by staff who should but dont know how to serve quality fish and chips
Came on recommendation by a friend and Hook did not disappoint. Beautiful fish and batter. Lovely chips and my husband said great mushy peas.

My husband is from England so we are well aware of what fish and chips ACTUALLY are. This is not even close. The batter was over cooked, and over seasoned so it had a disgusting peppery after-taste. The "chips" were American fries that were terrible and almost inedible. If the fish had been just cooked with no batter and no fries, it would have been good. What a disappointment. Definitely NOT worth the price.
