Service sucks and the noodles is not fully cook and amount of serving is little
Almost half of their food is not available and when I asked if they can make it, he said yes, but don’t know how long it will take them to make it. They are really short handed. Just 2 guys working. Huge line to get food.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! No stars for anything! I placed an order on the app and paid for it, an hour before I wanted to pick it up. I received an email confirmation of it. I also received a text message saying my order was ready. When I arrived, they found my order and said they dont have any crab rangoon and they couldnt make any! I will never place an order on the app again and pay for it ahead of time. I will probably not get my money back!
If doing a mobile order, check it before leaving. This has to have been the least amount of food I have ever gotten from a Panda Express. Got honey walnut shrimp and got 5 of them.

This is the second time I’ve ordered teriyaki chicken, and the meal came without any teriyaki sauce!
Do NOT try and go to this location past 7 PM. They are virtually out of most items and it takes forever for them to make it fresh. My daughter and I visited this location and made the mistake of waiting for orange chicken. We were told it would be two minutes and it took 15 minutes to come out. Not only that, I asked for a refund for a discount from the general manager, which he provided, but then denied to give us the food. The whole point of the discount or refund was because the food was taking 8X longer than what we were told! Incredibly poor customer service.

Crab rangoon cold, soda has way too much carbonation, sweet tea watered down and not sweet, rice cold... the whole place was mediocre at best. Although I wouldn't recommend this one. I've never had a problem before with this chain but this particular location is less than par.

Bland and undercooked fried rice with no wok hei like other panda express i’ve had, the orange chicken was all batter, the noodles had no taste and were overcooked. It was almost 12pm and half the menu items to choose from were missing and were not cooked yet. The container for the bigger plate seems smaller compared to other branches. Panda express at the mall is better. Also its the middle of lunch time people are eating and people are vacuuming and scrubbing the floors in the kitchen, the whole time we were eating it was so loud. Pretty sure that kind of heavy cleaning should have been done the night before and just to maintain with light cleaning during busy periods. Worst panda express i’ve been in. Never going back to this branch.

Placed an order online for 10:30am, 10:40am comes around and they are still closed. There were no updates on the food. I call and they answer, saying they’re not sure if they can refund me because their manager hasn’t shown up yet. Poorly ran, and I paid $15 in food I never received.

Normally, I love this panda, but today, was the worst experience. I was threatened by the manager. Let me Explain...
I arrived at 10:39 and the door was locked. They are usually open at 10:30. I was there to pick up a Door dash order. My boyfriend, who always dashes with me so I feel safe, tried to help me get the attention of the staff so we could retrieve the order and be on our way. The manager comes out the side door and asks what we need and we told him we were there to pick up an order for door dash and gave them the customer name. It was an order for 16 plates. He told me this order is way too big and it was sent before the store opened. I looked at him and I said, I don't mind waiting for it. He looked me in the eye and told me I can cancel it. I explained to him that I get penalized by door dash for canceling the order. Only the customer can cancel the order without me getting in trouble. He said, "I don't care, that's not my problem." Being a manager in the fast food industry for 20+years, I then said I would call corporate and he changed his tune and said he would make it. I waited, but still contacted corporate, another panda express store and doordash to report this incident. 15 minutes later he got the order and brought it over and before I left, he told me he had my name, and he would make sure I didn't dash anymore. This man, who's name is Anthony by the way, threatened my job!!! So because I tried to do my job properly, and do right by the customer, Door dash, and Panda Express, he threatened to try to get me fired. I would certainly not put someone who is lazy and rude like that in a customer service position, let alone management. He was willing to let the company lose a good amount of money, to lose a customer, and he threatened the delivery person, who was attempting to work to help his store be more profitable. None of that screams management material to me.

This review is just for the attitude of the staff…the staff at THF Blvd unit is very slow….the lady in the counter take her own sweet time…forgetting orders….and doesn’t care even if reminded that I an waiting for quite sometime
